YMCA. The cost of YMCA membership will be divided between the City and the employees, with the City contribution to be 75% of the monthly membership fee. The amount the City contributes toward the employee’s monthly membership fee is subject to federal and state income tax withholding. Use of a YMCA membership by a City of Berkeley employee, as provided for in this Agreement, is non-compensable, is not a part of the employee's work-related duties, is not required for employment and is not condoned as part of a physical fitness program, or required to maintain top physical conditioning for the employee's job performance. The City of Berkeley or its Claims Administrator may not be liable for any injury which arises out of a City of Berkeley employee's participation in and use of a YMCA membership.

YMCA. YMCA means the Young Men’s Christian Association d/b/a YMCA of Austin, a Texas non-profit corporation.
YMCA. The district shall reimburse each employee a sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) toward an annual membership in the Lake Community YMCA. The district shall reimburse each employee, who chooses to join another fitness facility, fifty dollars ($50) toward an annual membership at the health club or gymnasium of their choice. Requests for reimbursement must be made by May 30th and payment will be made by June 30th.
