Written undertakings. 61.2.1 A Party may, at any time, require the other Party to arrange for any of its Personnel (other than a person employed under the Public Service Xxx 0000 (Cth)) to whom information may be disclosed pursuant to clauses 61.3.1(a) or 61.3.1(b) to give a written undertaking in the form set out at Schedule 9 - Health Deed of Confidentiality and Privacy or Schedule 10 - Service Provider Deed of Confidentiality, as the case may be, relating to the use and non-disclosure of the first Party’s Confidential Information.
