Work Continuation and Payment. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Subcontractor shall carry on the work and maintain the schedule of work pending arbitration, and, if so, Contractor shall continue to make payments in accordance with this Agreement.
Work Continuation and Payment. Subcontractor shall carry on the Subcontract Work and maintain the Progress Schedule pending resolution of any Dispute or claims by dispute resolution. Under no circumstances shall Subcontractor stop the Subcontract Work for any reason, except as provided for in this Paragraph. The sole exception to Subcontractor’s promise not to stop the work is the following: If Contractor fails to pay Subcontractor within ten days after Contractor has received payment from General Contractor for work that was properly performed and billed by Subcontractor, and for which Subcontractor has completed all requirements that entitle it to receive such payment, Subcontractor shall give Contractor seven days written notice citing the condition that gives rise to the stop work right, allowing Contractor the ability to cure such condition. If Contractor fails to cure the condition that gave rise to the stop work right within the seven day cure period, then Subcontractor shall have the right to stop the work. If Contractor thereafter makes payment, Subcontractor shall promptly recommence work. Any extra costs incurred by Subcontractor to stop the work and to remobilize its forces may be submitted to Contractor as a Change Order.
Work Continuation and Payment. Subcontractor shall not delay or postpone any Work pending resolution of any Dispute except as the Contractor and Subcontractor may otherwise agree in writing. Pending final resolution of a Dispute, including exhaustion of all applicable dispute resolution procedures, Subcontractor shall proceed diligently with the performance of the Subcontract Work, including any disputed work, and based on such performance, Contractor shall continue to make payments for undisputed Work in accordance with the Subcontract Documents.

Unless the parties mutually agree otherwise, Contractor shall carry on Contractor’s Work pending any action arising out of or related to this Master Agreement or any Contract between the parties. If Contractor carries on Contractor’s Work and otherwise complies with the Contract, Owner shall continue to make progress payments in accordance with the Contract. This provision in no way limits Owner’s right to terminate a Contract pursuant to the terms of this Master Agreement.

Notwithstanding any dispute, and to the greatest extent permitted by law, Subcontractor agrees to continue with its performance and maintain the schedule of work pending resolution of any and all disputes, including disputes regarding payment. This Agreement constitutes an advance waiver by Subcontractor of any actual or alleged right to stop work, rescind, or abandon the project.
Work Continuation and Payment. It is understood and agreed that any controversy between the parties shall not be deemed a basis to delay or suspend the work, unless directed otherwise by Robovent. Subcontractor agrees that notwithstanding any disputes hereunder, it all times will to continue performance of the Work and shall proceed in accordance with the directives of Robovent, under protest if so stated in writing, in the event of a dispute or controversy. Failure to so proceed shall constitute a material breach of the Subcontract, regardless of the ultimate decision on the dispute.

This provision in no way limits Owner’s right to terminate a Contract pursuant to the terms of this Master Agreement.
