Windstorm. If windstorm and/or windstorm related perils and/or “named storm” are excluded from the “Special Causes of Loss” policy required under Section 6.10(a)(i), then separate coverage for such risks (“Windstorm Coverage”), either through an endorsement or a separate policy. Windstorm Coverage will be written in an amount not less than the Replacement Cost of the Mortgaged Property.
Windstorm. If windstorm and/or windstorm related perils and/or “named storms” (“Windstorm Coverage”) are excluded from the “All Risks” policy required under Section 6.10(a)(i), Borrower will obtain separate coverage for such risks, either through an endorsement or a separate policy. Windstorm Coverage will be written in an amount equal to 100% of the Replacement Cost. Business income/rental value Insurance required under Section 6.10(a)(iii) will be in force for all losses covered by Windstorm Coverage.
Windstorm h. Hail, water or flood;
Windstorm. Breakage of glass caused by impact with another vehicle or object may be considered loss by “collision” at “your” option.
Windstorm. 5. Earth Movement;
Windstorm. Granting up, up to the limit set out in the Particular Conditions, the damages caused to the insured property as a consequence of:
Windstorm. This contract does not cover any product damage, replacement or product failures related to or caused by windstorm damage or power surges. ECM at its sole discretion will make the determination as to what is not covered due to windstorm damage. Any equipment failure, such as electrical components, motors, compressors, thermostats, or circuit boards that fail, are damaged or are weakened due to wind, rain, power surges or any condition ECM deems is related to wind storm damage for a period of thirty days after the storm, will be repaired or replaced by owner at owner’s expense. The following exclusions and any labor, material, work, handling or installations in addition to that specified in this contract will be furnished only on customer’s authorization and will be paid for by the customer as extras outside the service contract.
Windstorm. The Borrower shall maintain windstorm coverage that includes all named windstorms. Windstorm coverage may be provided by a policy separate from the other insurance coverage required in this Section.
Windstorm. HOWEVER, WE DO NOT INSURE loss or damage to wind turbines.
Windstorm. A policy or policies of windstorm insurance in the maximum amount of insurance available with respect to the collateral and otherwise meeting Lender’s requirements. Lender hereby acknowledges that Borrower’s coverage in effect on the date hereof is acceptable.
