Watchmen Sample Clauses

The 'Watchmen' clause establishes the appointment and responsibilities of individuals or entities tasked with overseeing certain aspects of a project, property, or process. Typically, this clause outlines the authority, duties, and reporting requirements of the watchmen, such as monitoring compliance, ensuring security, or safeguarding assets. By clearly defining these roles, the clause helps prevent disputes over oversight responsibilities and ensures that there is a designated party accountable for vigilance and reporting, thereby enhancing operational security and compliance.
