Warranty Procedure Sample Clauses
The Warranty Procedure clause outlines the steps that must be followed when a party seeks to make a claim under a warranty provided in the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies how and when a claim should be notified, what supporting information must be provided, and the process for investigating and resolving the claim, such as repair, replacement, or refund. Its core practical function is to ensure a clear, standardized process for addressing warranty issues, thereby minimizing disputes and ensuring both parties understand their rights and obligations in the event of a defect or breach of warranty.
