Venues. In using the Funds for venues, the Recipient will consider the accessibility needs of attendees with disabilities when selecting a venue, both in terms of exterior and interior access. The Recipient will use best efforts to accommodate these needs.
Venues. Throughout the year, CPD organises numerous events, as mentioned above. The service providers must ensure that they have all the necessary equipment to conduct these events. These events are usually organised but not limited to in the following venues:

Venues. The Paramount Theatre Box Office is available to sell tickets under this agreement for the following venues:
Venues. 8.1 All venues (unless online) must have a fixed address by the 4 November 2020. If you wish to register in a venue without a fixed address you agree that Adelaide Fringe reserves the right to withdraw this venue from the program if a fixed address is not provided by 4 November 2020.
8.2 In the case of a venue or space change after 4 November 2020, the new and old venue will display on your web listing. This is applicable in all cases, including presenter choice, or a venue change. You accept that a venue or space change will take a minimum of 3 business days to present correctly online. In the case of a venue/space/time change, all ticket holders are eligible for a full refund prior to the Event.
8.3 If you cancel your Event you understand that your registration fee may only be refunded as per the below dates; Up to 18 Nov 2020 100% refund 19 Nov – 16 Dec 2020 50% refund 17 Dec 2020 or later NO refund
Venues. 12.1 We are not responsible for the venues at which the Events take place (Venues).
12.2 You are expected to comply with all rules, regulations and procedures set by the Venue. It is your responsibility to check the Venues terms and conditions of entry and ensure compliance with those. We are not responsible for these terms and conditions. A Venue may include terms such as the following (which are an example only, are not exhaustive, and might not apply to every Venue):
12.2.1 reserve the right to eject you from the Venue in certain instances;
12.2.2 reserve the right to conduct searches and have their own security policies;
12.2.3 confiscate prohibited items;
12.2.4 restrict you from taking photos or videos, including using professional equipment (including go-pros and drones) and using your phone or non professional equipment (they may include measures such as covering your phone camera with a sticker, deleting any unauthorised photos and recordings and confiscation);
12.2.5 have their own cloak room and lost property policies;
12.2.6 have their own entry requirements and reserve the right to refuse entry to the Venue in certain instances;
12.2.7 have their own zero tolerance to drugs policy;
12.2.8 have their own restrictions on things such as: illegal substances (including new psychoactive substances (commonly known as 'legal highs') and/or other drugs considered to be unsafe); animals; food or any form of liquid (including drinks and perfume); chewing gum; bottles; weapons; ammunition; horns; whistles; drums, megaphones, amplification equipment, klaxons, air horns; fireworks, flares, smoke canisters, explosives, firearms, knives, blades, or any other article which may be used as a weapon or missile, or which may cause danger or disruption to visitors at the Venue (regardless of whether or not such item is illegal or is carried for specific purposes); large bags; throwing items; climbing or standing upon fences, barriers, walls, safety fences, arrangements, structures, exhibits or buildings or similar; hi-visibility tabards or similar; marker pens, spray paint or any other similar items that may be used to mark infrastructure;
12.2.9 operate CCTV at the Venue;
12.2.10 have capacity limits in certain areas of the Venue;
12.2.11 have their own dress code;
12.2.12 have their own privacy policies and complaints procedures; and
12.2.13 include terms such as any Venue guests consent to being photographed and recorded.

Venues. 2.1 THE CHAPEL, ISLAND AND TREE OF LIFE BALLROOM
2.1.1 The hiring of these 3 venues will automatically give you exclusive use of all three venues.
2.1.2 Included in the venue hire are the following: Altar, podium, state of the art sound system, microphone, 8 seater round tables with black or white table linen, upholstered and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ chairs, table numbers, standard cutlery, crockery and glassware, colour changing lighting, screen projector and parking.
Venues. (a) As part of demand planning, the Supplier shall ensure that it has booked the appropriate number of Venues to meet the identified training demand and relevant requirements for the Course and that particular Class. When booking or reserving Venues for Classes preference shall be given to HSBC Venues above third party Venues, in order to achieve the greatest possible cost effectiveness for HSBC.
(b) The Supplier shall inspect potential Venues (whether they are HSBC internal or external Venues) for the delivery of Classes including their suitability, capabilities and location.
(c) The Supplier shall ensure that the relevant Class logistics needs are met in each Venue, including for provision and configuration of equipment.
Venues. 7.1 Host must ensure Venues;
(a) comply with the Venue Minimum Standards and Medical Minimum Standards at all times;
(b) are adequately and appropriately staffed and policed and provided with all necessary emergency medical services and facilities to a standard satisfactory to WTGF;
(c) conform to all statutory, legal, regulatory and local requirements; and
(d) have suitable facilities, public address and sound systems, to a standard that is commensurate with an event of the stature and reputation of the Games.
7.2 Host must provide comprehensive security at each Venue and other relevant locations to the satisfaction of WTGF and ensure that all appropriate and necessary security precautions are in place for the Games, including liaison with local police and other relevant security providers in relation to ground control and security in and out of Venues.
7.3 Venues must be available at all times from the date of this Agreement for inspection by WTGF to enable it to monitor the compliance by Host with its obligations pursuant to this Agreement. The details of inspection tours are as specified in the Host Country Manual.
7.4 If a Venue does not comply with this clause or the Venue Minimum Standards, WTGF may direct the Host to move a Sport to an alternative venue and to meet all costs associated with that move.
Venues. Off Cycle Brand ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Meetings may be held in person or by teleconference. For any Off Cycle Brand ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Meeting that the Co-Chairs agree to hold in person, the Co-Chairs shall agree upon the venue thereof.
Venues. All materials and services purchased from third party suppliers on behalf of the Client will be charged at cost plus a handling charge as set out in the Agreement.
