Vehicular Access. Easements in favor of City, for the benefit of the general public, for vehicular access, ingress, and egress on, over, across, and through the Garage and Garage entrances and exits, as more specifically set forth in the Declaration.

Vehicular Access. Vehicles are banned from parking on and from driving across The Green except to a designated parking area. The Hirer must agree parking areas prior to the event with the Parish Council, their agreement to which will depend on the event planned and ground conditions at the time and safety considerations. Car parks must be marked out and access to the area must be clearly marked. No other route may be used by vehicles and rights of way must not be obstructed. Vehicles and equipment are not permitted to be refuelled on the Green and all fuel must be stored in appropriately bunded containers. The Hirer must ensure that adequate parking arrangements are made for vehicles. Damage sustained to a parking area, including access, must be repaired by the Hirer to the reasonable satisfaction of the Parish Council. The Hirer is responsible for adequate fire precautions and for the maintenance of clear exits for emergency vehicles and for seeing that none of the footpaths are blocked.
Vehicular Access. The Owner shall provide and maintain vehicular access to and from the Lands only as shown on Schedule “B”, the Site Plan, and to the satisfaction of the Municipality. The Owner shall prohibit any other vehicular access to and from “the Lands”.
Vehicular Access. There are no designated parking spaces for the Xxxxxx Xxxxx Campus Center. If you need access to the loading dock for event load in/load out, access must be arranged in advance with Trojan Event Services. There is no vehicular access, electric cart or bicycle parking allowed in International Plaza. Vehicles parking in this area will be ticketed and/or removed.
Vehicular Access. An easement in favor of Masterstation, its tenants, employees, visitors and invitees, (individually or collectively, “Beneficiaries”) for vehicular access, ingress, and egress on, over, across, and through public rights of way (“Public Land”) from and to the Surface Parking Parcel.

Vehicular Access. 12.1 The Facility Provider agrees to obtain the required entrance permit from the City/Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) for site access from Micro Road and provide and maintain vehicular access to and from the Land only as shown on the said Site Plan and to the satisfaction of the City/MTO. The Facility Provider agrees to implement all specified entrance improvements as approved by the City/MTO, including entrance upgrades or replacement, road ditching, and brush cutting.
Vehicular Access. Except for a right in only access from Turkey Lake Road, no curb cuts, access roads, driveways or other method of vehicular access to or from a public road from any Site shall be created, constructed, or installed, or thereafter modified or altered, in any way without the approval of UCDP, which approval may be granted or withheld at UCDP’s sole and absolute discretion.
