UST. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, UST shall only be bound by this Agreement in its capacity as stockholder and nothing in this Agreement shall be binding on or create any obligation on the part of the US Treasury in any other capacity or any branch or agency of the United States Government or subdivision thereof.
UST. This Agreement is executed by certain general partners of UST, not individually, but solely on behalf of, and as the authorized nominee and agent for UST, and in consideration for entering into this Agreement, Prime hereby waives any rights to bring a cause of action against the individuals executing this Agreement on behalf of UST (except for any cause of action based upon lack of authority or fraud), and all persons dealing with UST must look solely to UST's assets for the enforcement of any claim against UST, and the obligations hereunder are not binding upon, nor shall resort be had to the private property of any of the trustees, officers, directors, employees or agents of UST.

The transaction contemplated by the UST Agreement shall have been completed on terms acceptable to the Purchaser Parties, the UST Agreement shall have been executed, and the UST shall have transferred the SL Bancorp Preferred Stock and UST Warrants on terms acceptable to Purchaser Parties, as set forth in the UST Agreement.

Joining Talisman Community will create an affiliation between yourself and the other Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx owner/holders from the same Faction Wars Talisman faction. Each Levana Talisman holder is independent from Levana and is not associated with Levana. You acknowledge and agree that you join any Talisman Community, as a group playing together to accomplish targets in the war. Levana shall not be liable for any damage you incur though and/or in connection with your affiliation with any Talisman Community in the Game. Talisman Faction Wars is licensed, not sold, to you with the scope set out below.

South LA is a nonprofit corporation formed in 2005 as a permanent xxxxxxx of land and land leases for affordable housing and other community needs for neighborhoods surrounding the Xxxxxxxx Corridor, from Staples Center on the north to Xxxxxxx Avenue on the south. T.R.U.S.T. South LA’s founding partners are Abode Communities, Strategic Actions for a Just Economy (“SAJE”), and Xxxxxxxxx Community Housing Corporation. The Xxxxxxxx Corridor Land Company is a nonprofit established as a vehicle for purchasing, holding and entitling Land Trust properties and is housed within Abode Communities.
