User Acceptance. Testing (UAT) User Acceptance testing is conducted prior to end-user training. Tyler supports incremental UAT through trial run processing in Financials and parallel processing in Payroll and Human Resources, however the City will conduct a formal UAT process prior to end user training in addition to recommended parallel testing. Early trial runs and parallels will most likely not involve end-users, once again isolating them from any issues that may be discovered through the process. Once processes are stabilized and can be completed without significant error, the UA testing will expand to include End Users.
