Use Period. The use period shall consist of the periods for set-up and dismantle and for presentation of the Event (“Use Period”). • The period for presentation of the Event shall commence at , on the day of , 2018, and shall terminate at , on the day of , 2021. • The period for the rehearsal shall commence at , on the day of , 2021, and shall terminate at , on the day of , 2021. • Unless otherwise agreed by the Director of the Facility (the “Director”), the set-up period of the Event shall commence no earlier than , on the day of , 2021, prior to the Event period, and dismantle shall begin immediately upon the conclusion of the Event terminating no later than on the day of , 2021. In consideration of an additional fee of $ , the Director may allow User a longer period for setup and dismantle, should User require additional time. Any equipment or stage props left in the Facility after the expiration of the time allowed for dismantle shall be disposed of by the City at User’s sole cost without any right of claim by the User, or at the City’s option, may be stored at User’s cost.
Use Period. The date and times for the use of the Park by User shall be as set forth on Exhibit “A” (the “Use Period”).
Use Period. All Professional Services must be prepaid or paid in the same manner as agreed to with other Licensed Products included on the applicable Client Order and utilized by Client within one (1) year of purchase. Illuminate, in its sole discretion, may extend this period up to a maximum of one (1) additional year to utilize said Professional Services; however, regardless of whether the Professional Services use period described herein is extended, Client’s non-utilization of purchased Professional Services will be deemed null and void upon expiration of the applicable use period and shall not entitle Client to any refund or credit.
Use Period. A Clubhouse rental generally allows the Applicant access of the Clubhouse the day of rental only. Unless approved in advance by the HOA Board, all events must end and the patrons at the Clubhouse vacated by midnight. The Clubhouse must be completely cleaned and the key returned by 10:00 a.m. the next day to the Clubhouse Representative unless other arrangements are made with the Clubhouse Representative. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all doors, gates and windows of the Clubhouse must be locked when not in use.
Use Period. Licensee shall have use of the Conference Center, or the portion of it that is reserved, on an exclusive basis on the event date for the event hours. The Use Period shall include set-up and breakdown for the event.
Use Period. This Agreement shall be in effect during regular Stillwater Regional Airport Terminal Building operating hours on Saturday, February 11, 2017 and Sunday, February 12, 2017. Use Area: Producer is granted non-exclusive right to access and use public access areas of the Stillwater Regional Airport Terminal Building and the public parking lot and public sidewalk immediately surrounding said Terminal Building. This Agreement does not grant Producer the right to use any other Stillwater Regional Airport property or any other property owned by the City of Stillwater. Alterations to and Restoration of the Premises: Producer shall not make any alterations or modifications to the Use Area without the express consent of the Stillwater Regional Airport Director. Producer agrees that if granted authorization to change, alter or rearrange any equipment, furniture, or any other items on the Premises, Producer shall return and restore said equipment, furniture and other items to its original place and condition prior to the end of the Use Period. Producer shall be solely responsible for any damages resulting from making alterations or modifications to the Use Area.
Use Period. Use of Xxxxxxxx Fine Arts Center shall begin at a.m. on and shall end at p.m. on Load-in period shall begin at a.m. on Strike must be completed by p.m. on Any of User's property not removed from the premises of Millikin by the end of the use period shall be deemed abandoned and may be removed and disposed of by Millikin as it deems fit. Millikin shall not be liable for any damages to or loss of such property.

September 10-13, 2020 Program preparation including classroom set up September 14 - June 30, 2021 The program will run from 8 am - 6 pm 4 Pods - 12 students in each pod The facility use schedule is subject to change. The Club will inform the District, in a timely manner, of any changes of such use.
Use Period. The length of time the recipient may use the materials should be indicated, i.e. 30, 60 or 90 days. If no time period is stated, the time period will be 30 days.
