Usage License. Subject to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Sensus hereby gives Customer a license under Sensus’ intellectual property rights to use the Sensus Applications for the Permitted Use for so long as Customer is current in its payments for the Applications (“Usage License”). This Usage License shall commence on the Effective Date and shall terminate upon the earlier of; (i) the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason; (ii) if Customer uses the Applications provided hereunder other than for the Permitted Use; and (iii) the Application is terminated as set forth below.

The license is not transferable to other parties. (Auction houses, Homeowners, Brokerages, Interior Designers, Architects, Builders, Contractors, New Owners, Vacation Rental advertising etc.) All inquiries for additional usage by licensees or by additional parties of the copyrighted materials shall be directed to Stellar Media Collective LLC. The Agency reserves the right to license the Media to other parties at their own discretion. Commercial Usage License This License is strictly limited to the terms and conditions below, and are governed by the Copyright laws of the United States, as specified in Title 17 of the United States Code: Licensor: Agency / Stellar Media Collective LLC Licensee: Client, as defined on Estimate / Invoice Usage Time: One Year, during the current ownership of Client company, and until ownership of the property, company or product line has changed or ended; whichever is sooner. Usage Time begins on the date of Media delivery.
Usage License. As a User you are granted a limited revocable license to access, view, and modify limited content of the Site for the sole and limited purpose of using the Site for its intended purpose (i.e., soliciting or fulfilling Knowledge Engagements or providing Knowledge Services). DEFINITIONS “Publicity” use is when the Client submits photographs to an outside publication (whether print or electronic) for editorial use and the Client (our clients) is not paying for that use. “Advertising” use is when the Client (our clients) is paying for the placement of a photograph in whatever media it appears, such as in a Newspaper, magazine, billboard or website. “Collateral” use is when the photographs appear in a publication that the Client produces, such as a magazine, annual report, brochure, pamphlet, poster or website, and whose audience is employees, customers, shareholders, or the general public. “Photograph(s)” are images created as a part of the project as agreed to by the Photographer and Client. RESPONSIBILITIES While Photographer will make every reasonable effort to take photos specifically requested by Client, Client understands that this is an uncontrolled event and that due to the vagaries of the weather, available light, time restrictions and the willingness of subjects, Photographer may take longer time to deliver the photographs. Photographer takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation and processing the photographs. Also, Photographer’s responsibilities include but not limited to, coordinating the shoot, selecting location, fixing date for the shoot, safe keeping the outfits, and disbursing models’, Hair stylist, and Make-up Artists’ fee to their manager. Photographer accepted to pay models, hair and make-up fee from part of the advance payment received from the client. $4.600.00 will be required by the booking agency prior to the shoot to secure the models and artists, to be paid by the photographer. Usage License. RIGHTS AND USAGE OF IMAGES Use of the images from the shoot production are governed by the specific Use License listed in Sections 7.2a-d as marked "X" on the Photography Shoot Agreement. The type of Use Licenses may differ between Photographer and Client/Model. Prohibited use will be deems a violation of these Standard Terms and Conditions or the Agreement for the Images from Shoots that references this Standard Terms and Conditions and immediately invokes the remedies set forth in Section9 of this document The images are to be published “as is”, without distortion or changing the photographs’ original appearance as delivered, with the exception of cropping the image of hard copy for portfolio book or comp card.

Subscription to the Service will be initially activated upon receipt of the first subscription fee according to the payment plan chosen by the Subscriber during registration (or by means of access during trial or free usage periods derived from offers), and will remain active as long as the applicable subscription fees are paid pursuant to the payment schedule. Once registered, if the Subscriber does not activate or maintain an active subscription, XXXX IT SYSTEMS may terminate this Usage License and delete the Subscriber's account.
