Unsold Items i. Contractor shall furnish the Seller with the equipment listing of all unsold vehicles and equipment items within six (6) business days of close of each auction. This equipment listing shall include all submitted bid pricing, if any. Unless otherwise stated by the Seller, such items shall be held by contractor in a safe and fully secured location until the next auction, at no expense to the Seller. Unsold Items. After 6 months, at Little Local’s discretion, unsold items may be marked down until sold. Between the period of 6 and 12 months if the marked down item isn’t sold it will be donated to a local charity.

Unsold Items. To the extent that Products stored at a XXXX-Co storage facility are not sold within one hundred and fifty calendar days from the date of their receipt at a XXXX-Co storage facility (“Unsold Items”), such Products must be collected by the Seller. XXXX-Co may offer the Seller transportation/shipment facilities to remove the items from ANIR’s storage facility at its standard price. If you do not respond to a request to your registered email ID to collect an Unsold Item, or do not collect an Unsold Items after 30 days, we shall deem it to be an “Uncollected Unsold Item”.

Unsold Items. At the end of the consignment period, we will notify you, by phone or email, if any of your items have not sold. You understand you have fourteen (14) days from the date we notify you to pick up your unsold items or request that they be mailed back to you at your expense. If you have not picked up your items or requested that they be mailed back to you within such fourteen (14) day period, you acknowledge and agree that Capelet Consign will donate the items to a charity of its choosing and Capelet Consign will have no further obligation or liability to you with respect to such items.
Unsold Items. Items remaining unsold after the 120 day consignment period are to be picked up by the consignor within 10 days of the end of the consignment period or left for disposal by the consignee with no further notice or payment due to the consignor.
