Unoccupied Space. If the Exhibitor fails to occupy the space contracted for by the end of scheduled set-up, or fails to comply in any other respect with the terms of this agreement, S&L shall have the right to use such space in any manner without releasing the Exhibitor from paying the sum agreed upon in this contract.
Unoccupied Space. In the event an exhibitor has failed to occupy the space contracted at least 1 hour prior to opening, on the first day of the show. Management shall have the right to utilize such space in any many he chooses. This will in no way release the contracted Exhibitor nor shall a refund be in order.
Unoccupied Space. If any of the Exhibitor’s space remains unoccupied on the start of the opening day of the Event, the Exhibitor shall be deemed to have abandoned such space. Thereafter, Torch Marketing shall have the right to lease such space to any other exhibitor, or use such space in any other manner as Torch Marketing deems necessary, in its sole discretion, without any obligation or notice to the Exhibitor. This Section shall not be construed as affecting the obligation of the Exhibitor to pay the full amount specified in this Agreement for Exhibition Space and Services.
Unoccupied Space. If any of Exhibitor’s space remains unoccupied on opening day of the Exhibition, Exhibitor shall be deemed to have abandoned such space. Thereafter, Show Management shall have the right to rent such space to any other exhibitor, or use such space in any other manner as Show Management deems necessary, in its sole discretion, without any obligation to Exhibitor. This Section shall not be construed as affecting the obligation of Exhibitor to pay the full amount specified in the Agreement for space rental.
Unoccupied Space. AASP/NJ and MEC reserve the right, should any exhibitors’ space remain unoccupied on the opening day of the Expo, or should any space be forfeited for any other reason, to re-rent said space to any other exhibitor, or use said space in any other manner. This clause shall not be construed as affecting the obligation of the exhibitor to pay the full amount specified in its invoice for space rental.
Unoccupied Space. If the exhibitor fails to occupy the space contracted for by April 19 at 7 p.m., or fails to comply in any other respect with the terms of this agreement, the show committee shall have the right to use that space in any manner without releasing the exhibitor from his/her responsibility to pay. Electricity Electrical power is available to all booths in the Convention Center. Access to electric- ity outside is $50. Tear-Down All booths must be staffed during show hours. Tear-down may not begin prior to the close of the show at 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 21. After the close of the show, all booths and items must be removed by 7 p.m. Sunday night unless prior arrangements have been made with Tillamook County Fairgrounds. Exhibitor space must be clean upon departure.
Unoccupied Space. If the exhibitor fails to occupy the space contracted for by April 29 at 7 p.m., or fails to comply in any other respect with the terms of this agree- ment, the show committee shall have the right to use that space in any manner without releasing the exhibitor from his/her responsibility to pay. Electricity Electrical power is available to all booths in the Convention Center. Tear-Down All booths MUST be staffed during show hours. Tear-down MAY NOT begin prior to the close of the show at 4 p.m. on Sunday, May 1. After the close of the show, all booths and items must be removed Sunday night unless prior arrangements have been made with Tillamook County Fairgrounds. Limitations Exhibits shall not be installed so that they extend beyond the space allot- xxx. Distribution of printed matter, souvenirs or other articles must be restricted to the space of the exhibit. No individual public address system will be permitted on the premises. Music or audio-visual sound must not be audible more than eight (8) feet from the booth. Exhibitors shall remain within the confines of their booth and may not work in the public aisles.
Unoccupied Space. If the vendor fails to occupy space contracted for by Friday 6:00pm or fails to comply in any other respect with the terms of this agreement, HENB shall have the right to use such space in any manner without releasing vendor from paying the sum agreed upon in the contract.
Unoccupied Space. In the event an Exhibitor has failed to check in and occupy the space contracted for by 7:00 p.m., Thurs, before the show, management shall have the right to utilize such space in any manner it chooses. This will in no way release the contracted Exhibitor nor shall a refund be in order.
Unoccupied Space. If Exhibitor has failed to occupy the space contracted by the end of the setup hours, Management shall have the right to utilize such space in any manner it chooses. This will in no way release the Exhibitor from this Agreement, nor shall a refund be due.
