Unique Entity Identifier. As prescribed in 4.607(b), insert the following provision:
Unique Entity Identifier. In accordance with 45 CFR § 75.300(b) and 2 CFR § 25.300(b), the County cannot issue this Subaward to the Subrecipient unless the Subrecipient has obtained a unique entity identifier, as required by this Article.

Unique Entity Identifier. (UEI) i. The General Services Administration (GSA) requires federal funding recipients to have a UEI which is generated by ▇▇▇.▇▇▇, therefore recipients are to keep their registration current to ensure they receive their UEO. ii. The Contractor agrees it shall maintain current registration in the System for Award Management, ▇▇▇.▇▇▇, at all times during which it has active federal awards. iii. If the Contractor or its principals or affiliates is disbarred, suspended or ineligible from federal contracting, the Agreement may be terminated immediately.
Unique Entity Identifier a. No entity may receive a subaward under this Program from CEC until the Subrecipient entity has provided its Unique Entity Identifier to CEC. CEC may not make a subaward to an entity unless the entity has provided its Unique Entity Identifier number to CEC. b. Unique Entity Identifier refers to the identifier assigned by the Federal repository, System for Award Management (▇▇▇), to uniquely identify business entities. c. Entity includes non-Federal entities as defined at 2 CFR 200.1 and also includes all of the following for purposes of this Section: i. A foreign organization; ii. A foreign public entity; iii. A domestic for-profit organization; and iv. A Federal agency. v. Subaward has the meaning given in 2 CFR 200.1. vi. Subrecipient has the meaning given in 2 CFR 200.1.
Unique Entity Identifier. (i) Unless the Borrower is exempted from this requirement under the ▇▇▇ Regulations, the Borrower as the Recipient acknowledges and agrees that it must maintain current information in ▇▇▇, including information on the Borrower’s immediate and highest level owner and subsidiaries, as well as on all of the Borrower’s predecessors that have been awarded a Federal contract or Federal financial assistance within the last three (3) years, if applicable, until the Borrower receives the final payment under the Credit Facility. This requires that the Borrower review and update the information in ▇▇▇ at least annually after the initial registration, and more frequently if required by changes in the Borrower’s information or another federal Award term. (ii) The Borrower acknowledges that, pursuant to the ▇▇▇ Regulations, EXIM Bank may not consent to any financial modification to this Agreement until the Borrower has complied with the requirements described in the ▇▇▇ Regulations to provide a valid Unique Entity Identifier and maintain an active ▇▇▇ registration with current information (other than any requirement that is not applicable because the Borrower is exempted under the ▇▇▇ Regulations).

Unique Entity Identifier. Prior to execution of the project agreement, your organization shall provide to ODOT the federal Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) applicable to the project so that ODOT may include the UEI in its reports to FSRS. Effective April 4, 2022, the UEI is the primary means of identifying entities registered for federal awards in the System for Award Management (▇▇▇) at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.gov. If your entity is already registered in ▇▇▇, it has been assigned a UEI. The Federal Service Desk has posted instructions for finding the UEI in ▇▇▇.
Unique Entity Identifier. The Borrower shall obtain prior to the Effective Date (and provide such number to the WIFIA Credit Provider) and maintain through the Final Maturity Date a Unique Entity Identifier.
