Uniform Codes Applicable. The Project shall be constructed in accordance with the provisions of the California Building, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Codes and Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations, relating to Building Standards, in effect at the time of approval of the appropriate building, grading, or other construction permits for the Project.

Uniform Codes Applicable. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 5.2 above, to the extent Applicable Law includes requirements under the state or locally adopted building, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire codes (collectively the "Construction Codes"), the Construction Codes included shall be those in force and effect at the time Owner submits its application for the relevant building, grading, or other construction permits to City; provided, in the event of a conflict between such Construction Codes and the Project Approvals, the Project Approvals shall, to the maximum extent allowed by law, prevail.

Uniform Codes Applicable. The Project shall be constructed in accordance with the provisions of the California Building Standards (including, without limitation, the California Green Building Standards), Building, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Codes, the standard construction specifications of the Local Agency issuing the applicable building or improvement permit (whether or not the applicable work of construction is thereafter annexed to the City prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy or notice of completion for Project Infrastructure) and Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations, relating to Building Standards, in effect at the time of approval of the appropriate building, grading, encroachment or other construction permits for the Project. Uniform Codes Applicable. Unless otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, any improvements to the Property undertaken by Developer shall comply with the California Building Standards Codes, Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations, as adopted and amended by the City, as the same shall be in effect as of the time of approval of the permit in question.   • Uniform Commercial Code The Uniform Commercial Code (Florida Statutes, Chapter 672) shall prevail as the basis for contractual obligations between the Contractor and the County for any terms and conditions not specifically stated in this Invitation for Bids.

  • Applicable Rules and Regulations The Account and each transaction therein shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement and to (a) all applicable laws and the regulations, rules and orders (collectively "regulations") of all regulatory and self-regulatory organizations having jurisdiction and (b) the constitution, by-laws, rules, regulations, orders, resolutions, interpretations and customs and usages (collectively "rules") of the market and any associated clearing organization (each an "exchange") on or subject to the rules of which such transaction is executed and/or cleared.   • RULES & REGULATIONS The Exhibitor must comply with the requirements of all Authorities and where applicable with all rules and regulations issued by the owner of the Venue in force at the time of the Exhibition. The Exhibitor undertakes to comply with the obligations and duties contained or referred to in the Contract including (without limitation) those contained or to be contained in the Exhibitors’ Manual. Exemptions from any of these obligations and duties may be granted at the Organisers’ discretion. No exemption given by the Organisers will be effective unless in writing. The Contract comprises these Terms and Conditions, the Exhibition Space Contract and the Exhibitors’ Manual) except as varied in writing signed by the parties.
