The above dates with an asterisk are subject to change. Such change shall be made a minimum of thirty days prior to the date the holiday will be observed on. Determination of this date will be made by the employer after consideration of Government designated dates, Customer requirements and dates of observance of holidays by Customers. All em- ployees will be given the same date off. The holi- day will be observed on either a Friday or a Mon- day within one week of the Holiday. Commencing January 2, 2003, employees with one or more years of seniority will be eligible to a day off per year or take their birthday as a paid holiday. The holiday must be taken on the actual birthday. Employees whose birthday falls on a Saturday will take it on the preceding Friday.
