Truthfulness. No statement, representation or warranty of the Seller in this Agreement (including the Exhibits and Schedules hereto) or in any agreement, written document or certificate delivered by or on behalf of the Seller pursuant to this Agreement, contains or will contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omits or will omit to state a material fact necessary in order to make the statements contained herein or therein not misleading.
Truthfulness. By hiring our firm and signing this Agreement, you represent that you have told the attorneys and paralegals of our firm the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth regarding your legal issues and the facts underlying your legal matter which we will be handling on your behalf. You represent that you will at all times during our representation of you be completely forthright and truthful with us. You also represent that any affidavit or pleading that you sign will be completely truthful, any testimony you give in court will be truthful, you will not encourage witnesses or others to give false testimony.
Truthfulness. Employee agrees not to withhold or misrepresent material facts to Company, or to any consumer, agency, insurer, or investor. It is Employee’s obligation and responsibility to disclose any and all information regarding an applicant’s state of affairs that would customarily be taken into consideration in the evaluation of an applicant’s creditworthiness. At no time will Employee advise an applicant to provide, or assist an applicant in providing, inaccurate information in relation to a loan application.
Truthfulness. The Guild recognizes the absolute requirement for truthfulness on the part of its members during departmental inquiries. Untruthfulness will constitute gross misconduct and may result in termination of employment.

The Sellers have disclosed to the Purchaser all information concerning USDATA, its Subsidiaries, the Business and the Assets, that USDATA would have been required to disclose in a Form 8-K (other than item 12) under the Exchange Act had it been subject to the requirement to file such Form 8-K until the Closing Date.

Truthfulness. The Office @ College Hill will operate on the honor system for some amenities. Each Member agrees to track and truthfully report the materials they use while at The Office @ College Hill. It is vital that all Members be honest about the materials they use so that these amenities can continue to be offered as part of the membership.
Truthfulness. At all times during the term of this Agreement, Employee agrees not to withhold or misrepresent material facts with regard to an applicant’s income, assets, investments, debts, obligations, circumstances and information on the subject property. It is Employee’s obligation and responsibility to disclose any and all information regarding an applicant’s state of affairs that would customarily be taken into consideration in the evaluation of an applicant’s creditworthiness. At no time will Employee advise an applicant to provide, or assist an applicant in providing, inaccurate information in relation to a loan application.
