Trustee’s Acceptance. The Trustee hereby accepts this Supplemental Indenture and agrees to perform the same under the terms and conditions set forth in the Indenture.

Trustee’s Acceptance. The Trustee hereby accepts this Third Senior Subordinated Supplemental Indenture and agrees to perform the same under the terms and conditions set forth in the Senior Subordinated Notes Indenture.
Trustee’s Acceptance. Trustee accepts this trust when this Deed of Trust, duly executed and acknowledged, is made a public record as provided by law. The trust created hereby is irrevocable by Trustor.
Trustee’s Acceptance. The Trustees’ acceptance for participation in the Pension Fund of the employees covered hereunder shall be limited only to categories of employment covered hereunder at the time application for such acceptance occurs and the admission of any other category of employment to participation in the Pension Fund shall require specific acceptance by the Trustees.
Trustee’s Acceptance. The Trustee hereby accepts this Supplemental Indenture and agrees to perform the same under the terms and conditions set forth in the Fifteenth Supplemental Indenture.
