Trust Indenture Act to Control. If and to the extent that any provision of this Indenture limits, qualifies or conflicts with another provision included in this Indenture which is required to be included in this Indenture by any of Sections 310 to 317, inclusive, of the Trust Indenture Act, such required provision shall control.

If any provision of this Third Supplemental Indenture modifies or excludes any provision of the TIA that may be so modified or excluded, the latter provision shall be deemed to apply to this Third Supplemental Indenture as so modified or excluded, as the case may be.

If and to the extent that any provision of this Indenture limits, qualifies or conflicts with another provision included in this Indenture which is required to be included in this Indenture by any of Sections 310 to 317, inclusive, of the TIA, such required provision shall control.

If and to the extent that any provision of this First Supplemental Indenture limits, qualifies, or conflicts with another provision included in the Original Indenture or in this First Supplemental Indenture which is required to be included in or is deemed to be applicable to this First Supplemental Indenture by any of Sections 310 to 317, inclusive, of the Trustee Indenture Act of 1939, such required or other applicable provision shall control.
Trust Indenture Act to Control. If and to the extent ------------------------------ that any provision of this Third Amended and Restated Indenture limits, qualifies or conflicts with the duties imposed by, or with another provision (an "incorporated provision") included in this Third Amended and Restated Indenture by operation of, Sections 310 to 318, inclusive, of the Trust Indenture Act of 1939, such imposed duties or incorporated provision shall control.
Trust Indenture Act to Control. The provisions of subsection 310 to and including subsection 17 of the TIA that imposes duties on any person (including any such provisions automatically deemed included in an indenture by the TIA) are a part of and govern this Indenture. If any provision hereof limits, qualifies or conflicts with any of such duties imposed by operation of such provisions of the TIA, the applicable provisions of the TIA and duties imposed thereby shall control.
Trust Indenture Act to Control. If any provision hereof limits, qualifies or conflicts with the duties imposed by any of Sections 310 through 317 of the Trust Indenture Act, by the operation of Section 318(c) thereof, such imposed duties shall control, except as, and to the extent, expressly excluded from this Indenture, as permitted by the Trust Indenture Act. If any provision of this Indenture modifies or excludes any provision of the Trust Indenture Act that may be so modified or excluded, the latter provision shall be deemed to apply to this Indenture as so modified or to be excluded, as the case may be.
