Transmitting Utility. Neither Bxxxxxx Exploration nor any of its Subsidiaries is a “transmitting utility” or an “interstate gas pipeline company” or a “public service corporation” within the meaning of the laws currently in effect for the States of Texas and/or Oklahoma.
Transmitting Utility. Except as identified to the Administrative Agent in writing, each of the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries is a “transmitting utility” as defined in Section 9-102(a)(80) of the New York Uniform Commercial Code.
Transmitting Utility. Attached hereto as Schedule 14 is a list of all Companies that are transmitting utilities.
Transmitting Utility. Each of the Pledgors listed on Schedule 4.10 is a person primarily engaged in the business of transmitting communications electrically, electromagnetically or by light on the date hereof.
