To Be Read With Indenture. This First Supplemental Indenture is a supplemental indenture to the Indenture as contemplated by Section 8.1(a) of the Indenture. The Indenture and this First Supplemental Indenture shall be read together and shall have effect so far as practicable as if all the provisions of both indentures were contained in one instrument.
To Be Read With Indenture. This Fifth Supplemental Indenture is a supplemental indenture within the meaning of the Indenture, and the Indenture and this Fifth Supplemental Indenture shall be read together and shall have effect, as far as practicable, as though all the provisions of the Indenture and this Fifth Supplemental Indenture were contained in one instrument.
To Be Read With Indenture. This Thirteenth Supplemental Indenture is a Supplemental Indenture within the meaning of the Indenture. The Indenture and this Thirteenth Supplemental Indenture shall be read together and shall have effect so far as practicable as though all the provisions of both indentures were contained in one instrument.
To Be Read With Indenture. This Fourth Supplemental Indenture is a supplemental indenture to the Indenture. The Indenture and this Fourth Supplemental Indenture will be read together and will have effect as though all the provisions of both indentures were contained in one instrument. If any terms of the Indenture are inconsistent with the express terms or provisions hereof, the terms of this Fourth Supplemental Indenture shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
To Be Read With Indenture. This Tenth Supplemental Indenture is supplemental to the Indenture (as defined below) and shall hereafter be read together with the Indenture and shall have effect as if all the provisions thereof and hereof were contained in one instrument.
To Be Read With Indenture. This Second Supplemental Indenture is supplemental to the Indenture, and the Indenture and this Second Supplemental Indenture shall hereafter be read together and shall have effect with respect to the Debt Securities of all series as if all the provisions thereof and hereof were contained in one instrument.
To Be Read With Indenture. This Second Supplemental Indenture is a Supplemental Indenture within the meaning of the Indenture. This Second Supplemental Indenture and the Indenture shall be read together and shall have effect so far as practicable as though all the provisions of such indentures were contained in one instrument.
To Be Read With Indenture. This Fourth Supplemental Indenture is supplemental to the Indenture, and the Indenture and this Fourth Supplemental Indenture shall hereafter be read together and shall have effect with respect to the Debt Securities as if all the provisions thereof and hereof were contained in one instrument.
To Be Read With Indenture. This Third Supplemental Indenture is supplemental to the Indenture, and the Indenture and this Third Supplemental Indenture shall hereafter be read together and shall have effect with respect to the Debt Securities of all series as if all the provisions thereof and hereof were contained in one instrument.
To Be Read With Indenture. This Third Supplemental Indenture is a Supplemental Indenture within the meaning of the Indenture. The Indenture and this Third Supplemental Indenture shall be read together and shall have effect so far as practicable as though all the provisions of both indentures were contained in one instrument.
