Third Party Open Source Software. Certain items of independent, third-party code may be included in the Laserfiche Software that are subject to open source licenses (“Open Source Software”). Such Open Source Software is licensed under the terms of the license that accompanies such Open Source Software. Nothing in this ▇▇▇▇ limits your rights under, or grants you rights that supersede, the terms and conditions of any applicable end user license for such Open Source Software.
Third Party Open Source Software. Portions of the App may include third party open source software that are subject to third party terms and conditions ("Third Party Terms"). The Commercial Software may contain or be provided with third party open source libraries, components, utilities and other open source software (collectively, "Open Source Software"), which Open Source Software may have applicable license terms as identified on a website designated by Elastic or otherwise provided with the Commercial Software or Documentation. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, use of the Open Source Software shall be subject to the license terms and conditions applicable to such Open Source Software, to the extent required by the applicable licensor (which terms shall not restrict the license rights granted to Customer hereunder, but may contain additional rights). To the extent any condition of this Agreement conflicts with any license to the Open Source Software, the Open Source Software license will govern with respect to such Open Source Software only.
