Terrorism Exclusion Sample Clauses
A Terrorism Exclusion clause serves to exclude coverage for losses or damages resulting from acts of terrorism under an insurance policy. In practice, this means that if an event is officially classified as terrorism—such as bombings, attacks, or other violent acts intended to cause fear or coerce governments—any resulting claims would not be paid by the insurer. The core function of this clause is to limit the insurer's exposure to potentially catastrophic and unpredictable losses associated with terrorist acts, thereby helping to manage risk and keep insurance premiums more stable for other covered events.
