Term Note Record. A record with respect to a Term Note. Total Revolving Credit Commitment. The sum of the Commitments of the Revolving Credit Lenders, which shall equal $650,000,000 on the Closing Date, as the same may be increased or reduced from time to time in accordance with this Credit Agreement.
