The Tenant Relations clause outlines the expectations and procedures for managing interactions between the landlord and tenants. Tenant Relations. Manager will use its best efforts to develop and maintain good tenant relations in the Property. At all times during the term hereof, Manager shall use its best efforts to retain existing tenants in the Property and, after completion of the initial leasing activity, to retain the new tenants. Manager shall use its best efforts to secure compliance by the tenants with the terms and conditions of their respective Leases.
Tenant Relations. The Property Manager will use reasonable efforts to develop and maintain good tenant relations in the Project. At all times during the term hereof, the Property Manager shall use its reasonable efforts to retain existing tenants in the Project and, after completion of the initial leasing activity, to retain the new tenants. The Property Manager shall use its reasonable efforts to secure compliance by the tenants with the terms and conditions of their respective Leases.
Tenant Relations. Asset Manager will maintain reasonable contact with the tenants of the Qualified Assets and keep the Partnership informed of the tenants’ concerns, expansion or contraction plans, changes in occupancy or use, and other matters that could have a material bearing upon the leasing, operation or ownership of each Qualified Asset.
Tenant Relations. Manager shall enforce the provisions of all leases affecting the Property and promptly handle all complaints and requests from tenants and licensee. At City’s request, Manager shall cause appropriate proceedings to be filed and prosecuted in the event of a breach by a tenant of its obligations under its lease.
Tenant Relations. Manager agrees to perform all of the following services:
(a) ▇▇▇▇ and undertake to collect, on behalf of Owner, all rents and other charges due from the tenants.
(b) Exercise diligent, reasonable efforts to perform all delegable duties of the landlord under the DFC Lease (as defined in Paragraph 3.19) and each Space Lease (as defined in Paragraph 3.19) so that each such lease remains in full force and effect and so that no default is made by Owner as landlord.
(c) Exercise diligent, reasonable efforts to ensure full performance by tenants of their obligations, periodically inspect the Property as reasonably necessary or desirable consistent with this Agreement, and, if appropriate, make demands on any tenants who have not performed such obligations to do so.
(d) Submit, at least annually, inspection reports on forms provided by Owner.
(e) Upon termination of the DFC Lease and any Space Leases, inspect the premises and, if appropriate and applicable, refund the security deposits of the tenant.
(f) Use diligent, reasonable efforts to give notice of and to enforce compliance with the rules and regulations of Owner, governing bodies, insurance carriers and association rules applicable to tenants and the Property. Manager shall not knowingly permit the use of the Property for any purposes except for uses permitted pursuant to the applicable lease(s), copies of which shall be provided to Manager by Owner’s Representative. Manager agrees not to knowingly permit the use of the Property for any purpose that might void any policy of insurance or that might render any loss under the insurance policy uncollectible or that would violate any governmental restriction.
(g) Maintain businesslike relations with tenants, receive requests, complaints and the like from tenants, respond and act upon the foregoing in reasonable fashion.
(h) Maintain, for Owner’s inspection, a record of the action taken with respect to all of the foregoing.
Tenant Relations a. Agent shall be reasonably available to tenants.
b. Agent shall hold meetings with tenant leaders on a regular basis.
c. Agent shall post DHCR field reports.
d. Agent shall make available community rooms for approved activities.
e. Agent shall render whatever assistance is required to assure that tenant association elections are properly conducted.
Tenant Relations. Manager agrees to perform, at a minimum, all of the following services in connection with tenant relations.
Tenant Relations. The Manager shall maintain business-like relations with the Lessors and the Tenants, receive requests, complaints and the like, from the Lessors and/or the Tenants and respond and act upon the foregoing in reasonable fashion. To insure full performance by Tenants of all of their respective obligations under the Subleases including, without limitation, those relating to the use, generation, storage or disposal of hazardous wastes and materials and oil, the Manager shall inspect the Property periodically, and, if appropriate, shall make demands on Tenants to perform their respective obligations under the Subleases. The Manager shall notify Tenants of all rules, regulations, and notices as may be promulgated by FNF, governing bodies and insurance carriers. The Manager shall obtain insurance certificates from each Tenant evidencing compliance with the insurance requirements under the Subleases.
Tenant Relations. The Property Manager agrees to use the Property Manager’s best efforts to maintain tenant relations and to induce Tenants to renew their Leases for the Premises. Both parties acknowledge that the Property Manager is not performing brokerage or leasing services pursuant to this Agreement and that the Owner may from time to time engage one or more real estate brokers or leasing agents for this purpose, which may or may not be the Property Manager or an affiliate of the Property Manager, at the sole discretion of the Owner.
Tenant Relations. 1. Maintain tenant relations and contact, handle questions, complaints, and repair requests as needed.
2. Handle renewals, extensions, and tenant turnover.
