Technical Resources. The Contractor shall provide technical resources in sufficient quantity to support the CALNET contracted services, as agreed to by the Contractor, Cal OES, and the CALNET CMO. The Contractor’s technical resources assigned to provide support to this Contract shall possess a thorough knowledge of FirstNet Services. In addition, the Contractor technical resources shall understand the State’s objectives, and possess experience to support the Business and Technical Requirements of this Agreement.

Technical Resources. Throughout the development of the contract, awardee companies should have the following technical resources at their disposal as a minimum: • A database of all suitable potential candidates for profiles that meet Ineco's needs, nationally and internationally. • A series of language tests: Spanish and English; additional languages desirable. • A series of competency tests and other evaluations tools. • A network of branches or collaborating companies to provide services internationally. A virtual platform or an online tool to improve the selection process as well as communication with Ineco would be of additional value. Awardee companies should be in a position to investigate target markets. They should have up-to-date international databases that incorporate the profiles that Ineco require for the development of their activity, they should be conducting interviews and identifying key skills and they should be writing both progress reports and candidate proposal reports.
Technical Resources. RTIS and Supplier each agree to assign technical personnel, and make available other technical resources, to each Product development project ordered by RTIS hereunder consistent with the task responsibility specified in the related purchase order.
Technical Resources. This support consists of resolving problems with the implementation or use of software supplied by different manufacturers. It covers advice on the correct use of the software product and information on the right interpretation of the technical documentation supplied with the software.

Technical Resources a) Unless AFS-54 advises otherwise, IFOs may continue to directly reach out to and use All Weather Operations (AWO) resources, to include: • Subject matter experts (SME) for technical questions relating to Next Generation Air Transportation System (NextGen) technology or Special Areas of Operation (SAO); • Audiovisual and written material on the AWO Knowledge Services Network (KSN) website; • Participate in presentations (e.g., WebX) available through the AWO KSN website; and • On-the-job training (OJT) resource materials on the AWO KSN website.

In order to facilitate the agreement, Paradigm will commit five full-time equivalent resources consisting of consultants and engineers for a period of 12 months to directly support Evolve's customer implementation activities, to transfer application knowledge and skills to Evolve, to aid in the integration of the Licensed Software into Evolve ServiceSphere, to perform the other services, and to travel, as reasonably requested by Evolve. The time commitment indicated for each resource represents an overall estimate over the period (more or less time will be spent on a monthly basis depending on the specific project phase).
