Task Title. Project Management and Coordination Task 2.1 – Project Management All contracts and sub-applicant agreements will be managed by the City of Pasadena throughout the process. This includes invoice processing and project management report review. The project team will provide project management for the duration of the project to ensure the project is completed thoroughly in accordance with the agreed upon scope of work and project schedule. Task Title. Stakeholder and Community Engagement Task 5.1 – Stakeholder Involvement The project team will engage existing transit planning stakeholders in the process. These stakeholders vary in purview between the three different transit agencies, but have been active in planning for previous efforts such as short and long range transit planning processes. Stakeholders will be engaged directly through interviews and invited to participate in community engagement meetings.  Responsible Party: CALSTART
Task Title. Develop Implementation Plan Task 6.1 – Fleet Replacement Plan The project team will utilize existing transit fleet replacement plans from the 3 transit agencies as a foundation for adapting to an electric fleet. Based on the findings from the Vehicle Needs Analysis, CALSTART will develop a timeline for scheduled vehicle replacements and charging infrastructure. CALSTART will research vehicle lifetime and cost replacement estimates, as well as battery lifetime and replacement cost estimates. The schedule will include both the initial phase of transitioning from a traditional to an electric vehicle fleet and the long-term phase of vehicle replacement and upkeep.  Responsible Party: CALSTART
Task Title. Recycling Collection Events – Residential Maximum Eligible Task Cost: $ 12,853.33 Task Description: The RECIPIENT will offer residents the opportunity to self-haul unusual recyclable and reusable materials to a temporary drop site, open one day each spring for about six hours. There will be a total of two events during this grant cycle. Materials targeted for collection may include, but are not limited to: reusable household goods and textiles, shredded paper, batteries, tires, petroleum products, electonic components, fluorescent bulbs/tubes, refrigerators, freezers, air condtioners, scrap metal and appliances. City employees will staff the event and manage traffic control, participant contacts and assistance, and overall project managemnt. Recycling vendors will provide staff to collect the various materials for recycling and re-use. Additional materials may be included as budget and markets allow. Participants may pay some or all of the fees associated with handling, hauling or recycling various materials. The RECIPIENT will credit the grant for any revenue received from the collection of fees or commodity sales on items the grant is supporting.
