Supported Digital Assets. The Custodial Services are available only in connection with those Digital Assets that Coinbase Custody, in its sole discretion, decides to support, which may change from time to time. Prior to initiating a deposit of Digital Asset to Coinbase Custody, Client must confirm that Coinbase Custody offers Custodial Services for that specific Digital Asset. By initiating a deposit of any Digital Asset to a Custodial Account, Client attests that Client has confirmed that the Digital Asset being transferred is a supported Digital Asset offered by Coinbase Custody. Under no circumstances should Client attempt to use the Custodial Services to deposit or store Digital Assets in any forms that are not supported by Coinbase Custody. Depositing or attempting to deposit Digital Assets that are not supported by Coinbase Custody may result in such Digital Asset being irretrievable by Client and Coinbase Custody. Client shall be fully responsible and liable, and Coinbase Custody shall have no liability, obligation, or responsibility whatsoever, regarding any unsupported Digital Asset sent or attempted to be sent to it, or regarding any attempt to use the Custodial Services for Digital Assets that Coinbase Custody does not support. Digital Assets supported by Coinbase Custody shall be listed on the Coinbase Prime Broker Site. Coinbase Custody recommends that Client deposit a small amount of supported Digital Asset as a test prior to initiating a deposit of a significant amount of supported Digital Asset. Coinbase Custody shall provide Client with thirty (30) days’ written notice before ceasing to support a Digital Asset, unless Coinbase Custody is required to cease such support by court order, statute, law, rule (including a self-regulatory organization rule), regulation, code, or other similar requirement.
Supported Digital Assets. The Custodial Services are available only in connection with those Digital Assets that Custodian supports (list currently available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/resources/coins). The Digital Assets that Custodian supports may change from time to time in Custodian’s discretion. Custodian assumes no obligation or liability whatsoever regarding any unsupported Digital Asset sent or attempted to be sent to it, or regarding any attempt to use the Custodial Services for Digital Assets that Custodian does not support. Custodian may, from time to time, determine types of Digital Assets that will be supported or cease to be supported by the Custodial Services. Custodian will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Client with thirty (30) days’ prior written notice before ceasing to support a Digital Asset, unless Custodian is required to cease such support sooner to comply with Applicable Law or in the event such support creates an urgent security or operational risk in Custodian’s reasonable discretion (in which event Custodian will provide as much notice as is practicable under the circumstances). Under no circumstances should Client attempt to use the Custodial Services to deposit or store any Digital Assets that are not supported by Custodian. Depositing or attempting to deposit Digital Assets that are not supported by Custodian will result in such Digital Asset being unretrievable by Client and Custodian.
Supported Digital Assets. Coinbase determines in its sole discretion which Digital Assets to support for use with the Trading Services (as defined in the preamble to the MTA), as specified on the Coinbase PB Site. Not all Digital Assets supported for Custodial Services (as defined in Section 1.1 of the Custody Agreement) are also supported for Trading Services.
Supported Digital Assets. The Custodial Services are available only in connection with Digital Assets available in the Supported Digital Assets List, as may be amended from time to time in Custodian’s sole discretion. Custodian will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Client with thirty (30) days’ prior written notice before ceasing to support a Digital Asset in Client’s Custodial Account, unless Custodian is required to cease such support sooner to comply with Applicable Law or in the event such support creates an urgent security or operational risk in Custodian’s reasonable discretion (in which event Custodian will provide as much notice as is practicable under the circumstances). Under no circumstances should Client attempt to use the Custodial Services to deposit or store any Digital Assets that are not listed in the Supported Digital Assets List. Depositing, or attempting to deposit, Digital Assets that are not listed in the Supported Digital Assets List will result in such Digital Asset being irretrievable by Client and Custodian. Custodian assumes no obligation or liability whatsoever regarding any attempt to use the Custodial Services for Digital Assets that are not listed in the Supported Digital Assets List.
Supported Digital Assets. Coinbase Custody shall provide Client with one hundred and eighty (180) days’ written notice before ceasing to support a Digital Asset, unless Coinbase Custody is required to cease such support by court order, statute, law, rule (including a self-regulatory organization rule), regulation, code, or other similar requirement, in which case written notice shall be provided promptly upon Coinbase Custody determining it will not be able to support such Digital Asset. Subject to Section 18.1 of the General Terms and Section 7 of the MTA, the Custodial Services are available only in connection with those Digital Assets that Coinbase Custody, in its sole discretion, decides to support.
Supported Digital Assets. Custodian will (i) use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Client with ninety (90) days’ prior written notice (except in the case of bitcoin, ether and solana, in which case Custodian will provide one hundred and eighty days’ (180) prior written notice) before ceasing to support a Digital Asset (such asset, upon expiry of the applicable notice period, an “Unsupported Digital Asset”), unless Custodian is required to cease such support sooner to comply with Applicable Law or in the event such support creates an urgent security or operational risk in Custodian’s reasonable discretion (in which event Custodian will provide as much notice as is reasonably practicable under the circumstances) and (ii) prior to the expiration of such ninety (90)-day period (or one hundred eighty (180)-day period for bitcoin, ether, and solana) upon Client’s Instructions, return to Client, at an address specified by Client, any such Unsupported Digital Assets of Client for which Custodian has provided notice in accordance with this Section. Under no circumstances should Client attempt to use the Custodial Services to deposit or store additional Unsupported Digital Assets. Depositing or attempting to deposit Unsupported Digital Assets will result in such Unsupported Digital Asset being unretrievable by Client and Custodian.
Supported Digital Assets. (a) BNY’s services under this Agreement are only available with respect to those types of Digital Assets that it determines, from time to time and in its sole discretion, to be Supported Digital Assets. For the avoidance of doubt, Supported Digital Assets do not include Digital Assets, including tokens or coins, which result from or are otherwise associated with derivative, enhanced, or forked protocols, or Digital Assets which supplement or interact with Supported Digital Assets, until and unless BNY determines to support such Digital Assets. (b) If BNY determines to cease support for a Supported Digital Asset or to revise the applicable Supported Digital Asset Disclosure Schedule, it will provide Customer with a Push Notification one-hundred and twenty (120) days’ before (i) ceasing support for such Supported Digital Asset, or (ii) the effective date of any revision to the applicable Supported Digital Asset Disclosure Schedule. The period of notice will be less if such cessation or revision is required by court order, law, regulation, rule, or other similar requirement which in BNY’s judgment requires such cessation or revision to be effective with less notice, in which case the Push Notification will be provided in such shorter period as may be determined by BNY before the effective date of such cessation or revision.
Supported Digital Assets i. Customer agrees and understands that Gemini supports, in its sole discretion, certain Digital Assets of Supported Networks on Gemini (each, a “Supported Digital Asset”). Supported Digital Assets are available on the Gemini website at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/legal/user-agreement#section-supported-digital-assets-and-waiver-of-conflicts, and may be updated from time-to-time. Customer agrees and understands that a Digital Asset of an Unsupported Network or a Digital Asset that operates “on top of” a Supported Network is not a Supported Digital Asset (each, an “Unsupported Digital Asset”), unless it is explicitly named as a Supported Digital Asset by Gemini. Customer also agrees and understands that Gemini may, in its sole discretion, choose to support an Unsupported Digital Asset and make it a Supported Digital Asset on Gemini at any time. Customer further agrees and understands that Gemini may, in its sole discretion, choose to no longer support a Supported Digital Asset on Gemini and make it an Unsupported Digital Asset at any time, subject to subsection (e) below. ii. Customer agrees and understands that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is solely responsible for the operation of Gemini, the Gemini Platform and the Custodial Services and for making all decisions and determinations with respect to such. Such decisions and determinations could include, without limitation, the choice to support or not support a Digital Asset or Digital Asset network, or a change to the terms of trading or transacting on or through Gemini in connection with any such Digital Asset or Digital Asset network. iii. Customer agrees and understands that Gemini may use its own services. Customer further agrees and understands that ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Related Parties may be other customers of Gemini (other than the Customer) and may use the services offered by Gemini.
Supported Digital Assets. Your METAL X Account is intended solely for proper use of Supported Digital Assets as designated on the Site. Under no circumstances should you attempt to use your METAL X Wallet to store, send, request, or receive Digital Assets we do not support. METAL X assumes no responsibility in connection with any attempt to use your METAL X Wallet with Digital Assets that we do not support. Users will only be able to deposit specific “stablecoins” (Digital Assets with a value supported by fiat currency held by the issuer of the assets) such as USDT, TUSD, USDC and/or PAX. Subject to Metal’s compliance and trading rules, and in accordance with all terms of the Metal X User agreement, Users will be able to exchange platform-supported Digital Assets with other Users or, in certain cases, Metal, and transfer Digital Assets to another User’s Metal X Wallet or to any external digital wallet, subject to the Company’s Compliance and AML policy. Initially, Users will be unable to deposit or otherwise receive fiat currency into the Metal X. Wallet. 4 Accordingly, Users will not be able to purchase or sell digital assets for fiat currency, or transfer fiat currency to or from their Metal X Wallet. If you have any questions about which Digital Assets we currently support, please visit 2.4. Supplemental Protocols Excluded. Unless specifically announced on the METAL X Site or other official public statement of METAL X, Supported Digital Assets excludes all other protocols and/or functionality which supplement or interact with the Supported Digital Asset . This exclusion includes but is not limited to: metacoins, colored coins, side chains, or other derivative, enhanced, or forked protocols, tokens, or coins or other functionality, such as staking, protocol governance, and/or any smart contract functionality, which may supplement or interact with a Digital Asset we support. Do not use your METAL X Account to attempt to receive, request, send, store, or engage in any other type of transaction or functionality involving any such protocol as METAL X is not configured to detect, secure, or process these transactions and functionality. Any attempted transactions in such items will result in loss of the item. You acknowledge and agree that supplemental protocols are excluded from Supported Digital Asset and that METAL X has no liability for any losses related to supplemental protocols.
Supported Digital Assets. Your Symbridge Account is intended solely for proper use of Digital Assets that are supported by and tradable on the Exchange (“Supported Digital Assets”) as designated on the Symbridge Site. Under no circumstances should you attempt to use your Digital Asset Wallet to store, send, request, or receive Digital Assets we do not support. Symbridge assumes no responsibility in connection with any attempt to use your Digital Asset Wallet or other custodial services offered by Symbridge with respect to digital assets that Symbridge does not support.
