Supplier Qualification. The Seller will maintain a revision controlled Approved Vendors List (AVL) that identifies all approved suppliers for the Buyer’s parts / product(s).

Supplier Qualification. In accordance with article 15-04, in the qualification of suppliers during the tendering procedure, no entity of a Party may discriminate between suppliers of the other party or between domestic suppliers and suppliers of the other party.

Auxilium has the right to request the use of a vendor or subcontractor that is not currently qualified by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇. Upon such requests, Auxilium will be responsible for qualifying and approving the new entity. Likewise, Auxilium and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ may work together to qualify the new entity in order to add them to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇’▇ approved vendor/subcontractor list. Upon Auxilium’s request, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ shall provide Auxilium with documented evidence describing the qualifications of third party subcontractors used by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ for performing outsourced testing.

Supplier Qualification. Jabil shall be responsible for demonstrating that all Jabil recommended suppliers were qualified using Jabil’s supplier qualification process.

Supplier Qualification. Before initializing discussions with any prospective supplier (and sub-supplier where necessary), the Intel purchasing representative will execute the appropriate Corporate Non-Disclosure Agreement (CNDA) with the supplier. All information communicated will be outlined in a supplementary Confidential Information Transmittal Record (CITR).

XERIS shall certify (qualify) and audit all critical vendors and suppliers of materials sourced by XERIS, such as API (drug substance). Supplier audits by XERIS shall be furnished to PYRAMID upon request.
