Customer is responsible for all costs and fees related directly to such audit, including all reasonable costs and fees for any and all time Preoday reasonably expends for any such audit, in addition to the rates for Services performed by Preoday.

Customer is responsible for all costs and fees related to such audit, including all reasonable costs and fees for any and all time Optmyzr expends for any such audit, in addition to the rates for services performed by Optmyzr.
