Sun. During the term of this Agreement, Sun will have the right to market, including through reseller and OEM arrangements, the Collaborative Software through the Collaborative Marketing and Sales Activities as well as its independent sales force, subject to the provisions of Section 4.1.4.
Sun. The Company's status and business relationship with Sun shall not have been terminated or materially changed and Parent or Seller shall not have received notice of termination thereof.
Sun. I understand that a temporary Emergency Childcare Center as a pandemic response may only operate until the Governor of Iowa rescinds the State of Emergency. I further understand that this center may only provide child care services to parents identified as Emergency Service Personnel as defined by the Director of the Iowa Department of Human Services.

Sun. TEL shall have access for repair and maintenance purposes to any Loop for which it has access to the High Frequency Spectrum. If SUN-TEL is using a BellSouth owned splitter, SUN-TEL may access the Loop at the point where the combined voice and data signal exits the central office splitter via a bantam test xxxx. If SUN-TEL provides its own splitter, it may test from the collocation space or the Termination Point.
Sun. Tel is a corporation duly organized, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the State of Ohio and has full power and authority to execute and deliver this Agreement and to perform its obligations hereunder. Sun-Tel represents and warrants to CBT that it has been certified as a reseller by the Commission and is authorized to provide, within the areas where it intends to provide services pursuant to this Agreement in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the services it has contracted to purchase for resale herein.

Sun. TEL may resell services only within the specific service area as defined in its certificate of operation approved by the Commission.
Sun. TEL will notify BellSouth within one business day of rejected packs (via the mutually agreed medium). Packs could be rejected because of pack sequencing discrepancies or a critical edit failure on the Pack Header or Pack Trailer records (i.e. out-of-balance condition on grand totals, invalid data populated). Standard ATIS EMI Error Codes will be used. SUN-TEL will not be required to return the actual rejected data to BellSouth. Rejected packs will be corrected and retransmitted to SUN-TEL by BellSouth.
