The Exhibitor may use any source of hire or equipment but responsibility for waste handling is exclusively retained by the Organiser in the interests of the public. No access during The Game Fair will be permitted to any private contractor, whether for emptying sumps or tanks, servicing or the removal and emptying of skips, and any such requirements shall be met by official contractors arranged by and charged through the Organiser. The Exhibitor shall be solely responsible for clearance of the Stand and reinstatement of disturbed grounds, and in default of the Exhibitor so doing the Exhibitor shall be liable to pay costs.
