Subscription Charges. The Subscriber organisation will pay the charges, without any right of deduction or set-off, within the term indicated on the subscription invoice within 30 days after receipt of a valid invoice. Subscription fees are paid annually in advance, and CFBF will invoice your organisation directly. From the commencement date of the agreement, no payment will be due to your current information vendor in respect of the CFBF Benchmark Data. Subscription fees are subject to review and CFBF will provide a minimum of 3 months’ notice for any subscription charge changes. Payment is integral to the agreement and failure to pay will result in loss of access to CFBF data and potentially to a permanent loss. CFBF reserves the right to request a compliance certificate from any subscriber to ascertain that it is meeting the terms of this agreement.
Subscription Charges. The Subscription Fees for the Subscriber's access to and use of ASX Benchmark Data via the Service is in accordance with Our current Fees Schedule. The normal billing cycle is the calendar year being 1 January to 31
Subscription Charges. Anthem will bill the Group each month for Subscription Charges, as specified in the Schedule. The first payment is due on the Agreement Effective Date. The Agreement remains in effect for the term of one month from that date. Succeeding Subscription Charges are due on the first day of each following month. This day is the Subscription Charge Due Date.

Subscription Charges. 6.1 The Service being a mobile subscription service is charged at a flat weekly or monthly fee between £1.20 - £5.00 (depending on the existing campaign at time of joining and your mobile network operator) which offers you unlimited access to the Content via the App while you remain subscribed to the Service. You will pay the price detailed by charging the purchase to your monthly account or prepaid account provided by your MNO (mobile network operator). The subscription fee shall become due at the end of the specific subscription period while you are subscribed to this Service irrespective of whether or not the App is actually accessed during any particular subscription period.
Subscription Charges aimswebPlus subscriptions are based on per student, per school year fees. The initial fee to activate Subscription is based on estimate by CUSTOMER of unique students that will have score data entered. PEARSON will run reconciliation reports in June of each subscription year and invoice for any overages at that time. Subscription fees are non-refundable for any reason at any time. Certain "Subscription Services" are available only from PEARSON via a dedicated service subscription to which the following applies:

When you place your order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order and subscription details. • We may refuse or be unable to process your order/subscription if: ▪ You card or Paypal account does not give authorization for the payment of purchase price. ▪ You do not meet the eligibility to order criteria set out above. • The user can cancel the subscription of any service anytime by contacting us. • All refund shall be applicable as per the refund policy • We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
Subscription Charges. 6.1 In consideration for the provision of the Services the Customer shall pay to Toll the Subscription Charges which shall be invoiced on the date of Account Activation unless set out to the contrary in the Order Confirmation. All Subscription Charges are exclusive of GST (or any equivalent sales tax), which will be applied to the Subscription Charges and payable by the Customer, if applicable, at the standard rate.
