Subgroup Sample Clauses

Subgroup. A Subgroup under No Child Left Behind is defined as one of the following subsets of students: race/ethnicity (American Indian/Alaskan native, Asian/Pacific Islander, Black, Hispanic, Multiracial, and White); disability; limited English proficiency (LEP); and socioeconomic status. To constitute a Subgroup in Georgia for a school’s Adequate Yearly Progress determination, the Subgroup must have at least 40 students or constitute 10% of the assessed student population, whichever is greater, but not to exceed a total number of 75 students. The assessed student population is the total number of children whose test results are used to determine Adequate Yearly Progress.

Subgroup. Either Subgroup 1-1, Subgroup 1-2, Subgroup 1-3, Subgroup 1-4, Subgroup 2-1, Subgroup 2-2 or Subgroup 2-3, as the context requires.

Subgroup. Subgroup 1-A, Subgroup 1-B, Subgroup 2-A or Subgroup 2-B, as applicable.
