Subcontractor Responsibilities. The Subcontractor will furnish, for incorporation into any proposal, all proposal materials, information and data pertinent to the work assigned to the Subcontractor, including but not limited to, manuscripts, art work, and cost and/or pricing data, as appropriate. Upon request of the Prime, the Subcontractor shall provide directly to the Government, as part of the Subcontractor’s cost proposal, completed Government cost and pricing forms and certifications with detailed supporting schedules, and any other documents required to be submitted as part of the proposal, in order to permit the Government’s evaluation of this data. The cost format and work breakdown structure in the Subcontractor’s proposal shall be as specified by the Prime.
Subcontractor Responsibilities. 4.1 The Parties agree that SUBCONTRACTOR is a separate entity from CONTRACTOR and as such, SUBCONTRACTOR is responsible for the payment of its employees and Subcontractors that it may employ on the project. SUBCONTRACTOR shall be responsible for the payment of all Federal, State, local taxes and payroll taxes.

(a) Subcontractor shall act in performance of this Agreement as an independent contractor and not as an agent for ORAU or the Government in performing this Agreement, maintaining complete control over its employees and all lower-tier subcontractors. Nothing contained in this Agreement or any lower-tier subcontract shall create any contractual relationship between any such lower-tier subcontractor and the Government or ORAU. Subcontractor is solely responsible for the actions of itself and its lower-tier subcontractors, agents or employees.

Including, but not limited to, machinery, accessories, or devices.
Subcontractor Responsibilities. In consideration for Contractor’s agreement to engage Subcontractor and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Subcontractor agrees that the requirements in this agreement apply to ALL work performed by Subcontractor for Contractor regardless of when or where the work is performed and regardless of the specific project on which the work is performed. In addition, Subcontractor also agrees that the terms of any other agreement(s) between the parties do not extinguish or supersede the requirements of this agreement. The Subcontractor’s cost format and work breakdown structure shall be as specified by the Prime.
Subcontractor Responsibilities. A. The Subcontractor has full responsibility for the conduct and activity supported under this contract and for adherence to the contract conditions. Although the Subcontractor is encouraged to seek the advice and opinion of CHOICE and DOH on special problems that may arise, such advice does not diminish the Subcontractor's responsibility for making sound scientific and administrative judgments and should not imply that the responsibility for operating decisions has shifted to CHOICE or DOH. The Subcontractor is responsible for notifying CHOICE about any significant problems relating to the administrative or financial aspects of the contract.
Subcontractor Responsibilities. The Subcontractor shall furnish to the Prime all necessary and requested proposal materials, information and data pertinent to the work assigned to the Subcontractor, including but not limited to, the completion of Exhibit B, manuscripts, art work, and cost and/or pricing data, in the format required by the Prime and in sufficient time and detail to perform a valid evaluation, and to allow Prime to incorporate the data into the technical or price/cost proposal to the Government. The Subcontractor shall adhere to all of the requirements and certifications of the Solicitation for a Task Order regarding accurate, current, and complete non- proprietary cost or pricing data. The Subcontractor’s Past Performance may be an evaluation factor in the anticipated solicitation. The Subcontractor, therefore, understands and agrees that it shall be required to submit all Past Performance information reasonably requested by Prime and required by the Solicitation in a timely manner. The Prime reserves the right to independently contact the Subcontractor’s points of contact/references identified for Past Performance to determine the adequacy and appropriateness of the Past Performance, and the Subcontractor hereby consents to such contact. Upon request of the Prime, the Subcontractor shall provide directly to the Government, if required, as part of such proper coordination, completed Government cost and pricing forms and certifications with detailed supporting schedules, and any other relevant documents, in order to permit the Government’s evaluation of the data. The Subcontractor’s cost format and work breakdown structure shall be as specified by the Prime Contractor and/or the Solicitation. After the proposal is submitted, and prior to the final customer award decision, the Subcontractor agrees to make all reasonable efforts to respond to the Prime’s request for additional information or clarification and proposal revisions as may be requested by the Customer during proposal evaluation, discussions and/or a Best and Final Offer processes.
Subcontractor Responsibilities. The Contractor shall include the language of this paragraph in each of its first tier subcontracts and shall require each of its subcontracts to include the same language of this section in each of their subcontracts, adjusting only as necessary the terms used for the contracting parties. Upon request of the Owner, the Contractor shall promptly provide documentation to the Owner demonstrating that the subcontractor meets the subcontractor responsibility criteria below. The requirements of this paragraph apply to all subcontractors regardless of tier. At the time of subcontract execution the Contractor shall verify that each of its first tier subcontracts meets the following bidder responsibility criteria.
