Sterilization. All glassware shall be sterilized. Aseptic conditions shall be used in the preparation of all solu- tions and in carrying out all hydrolysis experiments to eliminate or minimize biodegradation. Glassware can be steri- lized in an autoclave or by any other suitable method.

Sterilization. This Service Plan does not include any sterilization procedures including but not limited to vasectomy or tubal ligation.
Sterilization. The BUYER agrees to sterilize the Dog, at the BUYER’s own expense. Sterilization includes a traditional spay or neuter, a vasectomy, or an ovary-sparing spay (OSS). Sterilization must be done no earlier than 12 months and no later than 36 months. In addition, if the Dog is female, it must not be spayed before its first heat cycle. Ideally, the female Dog should be spayed halfway in-between the second and third heat cycles. Even if the female Dog has its first heat before 12 months, it cannot be spayed before 12 months. Within one (1) month of the procedure, the BUYER must provide proof of the procedure to the SELLER.
Sterilization. If this Dog has not been sterilized prior to this adoption, you agree to enter into a Sterilization Agreement with us simultaneously with this Agreement, and to have the Dog sterilized in accordance with the Sterilization Agreement. The adoption donation described below covers the cost to spay or neuter the dog. Shortly after the adoption you will receive from us a certificate or other paper work to have the dog spayed or neutered at a particular low cost Spay/Neuter clinic. If pet not spay/neuter please see Exhibit A attached to this contract.
