Stay. Extension and Usury Laws The Company covenants (to the extent that it may lawfully do so) that it shall not at any time insist upon, plead, or in any manner whatsoever claim or take the benefit or advantage of, any stay, extension or usury law or other law that would prohibit or forgive the Company from paying all or any portion of the principal of or interest on the Notes as contemplated herein, wherever enacted, now or at any time hereafter in force, or which may affect the covenants or the performance of this Indenture; and the Company (to the extent it may lawfully do so) hereby expressly waives all benefit or advantage of any such law, and covenants that it will not, by resort to any such law, hinder, delay or impede the execution of any power herein granted to the Trustee, but will suffer and permit the execution of every such power as though no such law has been enacted.

Stay. The Guarantor agrees that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, if the Purchaser is stayed upon the insolvency, bankruptcy, or reorganization of the Contractor from exercising its rights to enforce or exercise any right or remedy with respect to the Guarantied Obligations, or is prevented from giving any notice or demand for payment or performance or taking any action to realize on any security or collateral or is prevented from collecting any of the Guarantied Obligations, in any such case, by such proceeding or action, the Guarantor shall pay or render to the Purchaser upon demand therefor the amount or performance that would otherwise have been due had such rights and remedies been permitted to be exercised by the Purchaser.
Stay. The term ‘Stay’ means any rental period located worldwide for a maximum and non-renewable duration of 90 consecutive days in a furnished holiday rental and granted in lease by the Owner to the Lessee. The seasonal rental contracted by the Lessee must cumulatively satisfy all of the following conditions: - the rented property must be a lodging in a building development (house or apartment) or docked boat - the rented property must not be company lodgings, the rental must be accepted temporarily for a holiday stay. Stay. The Parties stipulate to stay all proceedings in the Litigation, except for proceedings related to the Settlement, until the approval of this Settlement Agreement has been finally determined, except the stay of proceedings shall not prevent the filing of any motions, affidavits and other matters necessary to obtain and preserve final judicial approval of this Settlement Agreement.
Stay obligation and rights of the students The students participating in the double degree program must attend at least 2 semesters at the partner institution and take the amount of credits foreseen by the double degree program within one academic year. If a student has to prolong his stay at the host institution in order to complete his curriculum, the extension of his period of study must receive formal approval by both the academic institution. The length of the extension period should not normally exceed 1 semester. The fees corrisponding to the extended period of study will be computed according to the home institution regulations. Transport costs, medical insurance, accommodations, upkeep, and any other expenses arising during the exchange period established in the double degree program will be to students’ account. The student must acquire health insurance that guarantees access to health care in the host country. This insurance must cover medical and health care, death and disability caused by an accident, repatriation assistance for death by any cause, and reimbursement for medical expenses caused by an accident. The partner institution, through the administrative official responsible for this agreement, pledges to provide assistance in the search for suitable accommodations, although all stay expenses will correspond to the student. Likewise, the partner institution pledges to provide the student with information relating to the host country, visas, required medical insurance, etc., before their arrival. The partner institution must provide students in the double degree program with the same services that they generally provide their own students. During the exchange period, the students will be subject to the rules and regulations of the partner institution and to all the legal and social obligations within the host country. Likewise, they will enjoy the same rights as students enrolled at the partner institution.
Stay. Until otherwise ordered by the Court, the Court stays all proceedings in the Action other than proceedings necessary to carry out or enforce the terms and conditions of the Stipulation. Pending final determination of whether the Settlement should be approved, Class Representatives and all Class Members shall not institute, commence, or prosecute any action which asserts Released Plaintiffs’ Claims against the Released Defendant Parties.
