State Registration. The Fund shall: (a) identify to JHSS in writing those transactions and assets to be treated as exempt from the blue sky reporting for each State; and (b) verify the establishment of transactions for each State on the system prior to activation and thereafter monitor the daily activity for each State. The responsibility of JHSS for the Fund’s blue sky State registration status is solely limited to the initial establishment of transactions subject to blue sky compliance by the Fund and the reporting of these transactions to the Fund as provided above.
State Registration. The Agency shall be properly registered with, and duly authorized by, the Missouri Secretary of State, as well as the proper state authority in its domicile state if other than Missouri, to perform services under this Agreement.

No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project (submitted on or after March 1, 2015) unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code 1771.1(a)]. No Contractor or subcontractor can be awarded a contract for public work on a public works project (awarded on or after April 1, 2015) unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations.
State Registration. Use every reasonable effort to register or qualify all the Registrable Securities covered by such Registration Statement under the securities laws of such jurisdictions as each Eligible Holder including Registrable Securities therein shall reasonably request, and do any and all other acts and things which may be necessary under such securities laws to enable each such Eligible Holder to consummate the public sale or other disposition in such jurisdiction of the Registrable Securities owned by such Eligible Holder and included in such Registration Statement; provided, however, that the Company shall not be required to (i) qualify to do business as a foreign corporation in any jurisdiction wherein it would not otherwise be required to qualify but for this subsection, (ii) subject itself to taxation in any such jurisdiction, or (iii) consent to general service of process in any such jurisdiction;
State Registration. NORTECH shall maintain and pay the cost of the license of Tree Guard in each state presently licensing Tree Guard. (Tree Guard is presently licensed in each state except California, Hawaii and Alaska.) NORTECH will use its best efforts for a period of two years to obtain registration for the Product in the State of California. NORTECH will bear all costs of registering Tree Guard in California. GLI will maintain and pay the costs of the registration of the Product in each state in which the Product is sold.
State Registration. Contractor must furnish certification of authority to conduct business in the State of Mississippi as a condition of this Agreement. Such registration must be obtained from the Secretary of State of the State of Mississippi before actual work under this Agreement begins.
State Registration. Section 4.6 of the Disclosure Schedules sets forth all Permits currently held by Seller authorizing Seller to originate Mortgage Loans or to act as a representative of the Corporation in originating Mortgage Loans, and identifies the Governmental Entity or Agency that issued such Permits. All Permits listed at Section 4.6 of the Disclosure Schedules are valid and in full force and effect.

The Historic Preservation Commission may find that a landmark site of historic significance is significant for declaration as a State “point of historical interest” but does not warrant registration as a State “historical landmark.” The Historic Preservation Commission shall investigate and recommend to Council the appropriate State registration;

Applications will be based on information provided by the Client and will be submitted to the Client for submission to the state regulatory agencies. Included in these applications are materials such as the Uniform Franchise Registration Application, Supplemental Information Form, Salesman Disclosure Form, Uniform Consent to Service of Process, and Corporate Acknowledgment and Certification Page, as well as copies of advertising materials and the Disclosure Document. The following states require additional filing fees and are not included. You can pursue with the necessary registration and pay the filing fees for each state at the time that you are ready to register the franchise in any of the states shown below. The rest of the states in the U.S are non-registration states. California, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin
State Registration. I understand I have 2 weeks from the first date of class to go on-line and register with the Iowa Dept. of Public Health, EMS Bureau. I have been provided with an instruction sheet indicating how to do this. If I fail to do with the two week deadline I understand I forfeit my right to take certification exams and become a certified EMS provider but may continue with the class for the college credit only. I understand during this on-line registration process I must honestly answer questions about my criminal history, substance abuse history, mental or physical limitations and psychological history. If I must answer any questions “yes” I know I have to submit additional information to the IDPH as indicated. I understand that until I submit all the required documents to the IDPH, I will not be able to achieve certification status. Criminal Background Checks I understand criminal and abuse background screening is required prior completing any clinical or field time. I understand that based on the results of the screening that I may not be allowed to complete clinical and field time and may be removed from the program. I also understand that I am responsible for the fees associated with these procedures. I understand to attend clinical and field sites, I will need to abide by the policies and procedures of that facility or service while I am doing student clinical.
