Specials. A special is defined as transportation of student(s) based on their specific educational program that is not covered by a route or a field trip. Assignment of specials will be determined by the Transportation Manager or his/her designee.
Specials. (a) Non wide-load escort specials which attract overtime payments will be treated as per subclause (3) above, if such special is worked directly following a rostered shift or prior to the commencement of a rostered shift. Where there is a break between the end of a rostered shift and the special, or where there is a break between the end of a special and the start of a rostered shift, there is no requirement for a 10 hour break. However, both the employee and supervisor should consider the health and safety and fatigue management provisions as per clause 76 of this Agreement in determining that the rest period between the special and the rostered shift is adequate.
Specials. Unscheduled pickups or deliveries are available under the same conditions and provisions of this Agreement. Prices are quoted upon request.
Specials. 4.1 Complimentary rooms must be used on the night of the function. Should there be no rooms or a limited amount of rooms available on the night of your function, Avianto will issue you with vouchers valid for two months to use the rooms on another weekend night. Vouchers are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
Specials. This is to include warehouse and/or Janitorial duties. Specials may be reviewed at any time, or a special may be requested at any time.

For each Option for an Additional Series Order, exercised by TRV, and in addition to the Episodes constituting the Additional Series Order, TRV hereby orders and Producer agrees to produce and deliver to TRV to order four (4) specials relating to the Program (each, a "Special") of up to two (2) hours in commercial length. The parties agree to negotiate in good faith respecting the creative content of the Specials which may consist of new events, provided however that TRV shall have the right of final approval over such creative content. All of the terms and conditions hereof shall be equally applicable to each and all of the Specials and shall govern the respective rights, duties and obligations of the parties hereto with respect to each and all of such Specials, except only as follows:

Specials a) We may offer you a special from time to time (including a special in relation to a particular pricing plan).
Specials. Unless and otherwise mentioned below, the dimensions of all MS specials and fittings (such as tees, bends, tapers, reducers, dismantling joints, etc.) shall in general conform to the principals of IS 7322, BS 534/AWWA C208 and ASME standards using MS plate/sheet conforming to IS 2062 and tested and laid in the same manner as the pipes. The thickness shall not be less than the thickness of the pipe at that point. The Contractor shall submit the detailed drawing for each special to be used in the pipeline. On approval by the Employer’s Representative, the Contractor will initiate the manufacturing. All specials shall be manufactured under controlled conditions at the manufacturer's factory. In exceptional circumstances, when welding in the trench is unavoidable and approved by the Employer’s Representative, a flanged opening shall be provided to provide access inside the special for internal welding. The Contractor shall ensure the timely manufacturing of the MS specials so that they can be laid along with the pipe laying. The joints of adjacent pipe stretches shall be made with gap pieces approved as by the Employer’s Representative. On completion of the manufacturing, the material shall be inspected by the Employer’s Representative at the manufacturer’s works. All welding for MS specials and fitting shall be tested by radiography. On approval of the Employer’s Representative, the coating and lining for the specials shall be applied by the Contractor as per the specifications for coatings and lining. Tolerance for steel fittings shall confirm to the requirements of IS 7322. Standard fittings shall be used wherever possible in preference to fabricated fittings. Where fabricated fittings are supplied, with approval of Employer’s Representative, they shall be fully workshop fabricated and tested in accordance with standards. Steel specials shall have the same chemical and mechanical properties and shall be compatible in all respects with the pipes with which they are to be used. The marking of pipes and fittings shall be as specified.
Specials. 9.1 Seasonal specials and adjustments to the children policy may apply during school and festive holidays (i.e. Easter and Christmas). Please be aware of this possibility when making your booking.
