Software Schedule. This AppGate Software Schedule (this “Schedule”) is entered into by and between Immunity Federal Services, LLC d/b/a AppGate Federal, a Delaware limited liability company (“AppGate”), and Customer, and is effective on the Effective Date for this Schedule. This Schedule is governed by that certain AppGate Master Agreement (the “MA”) entered into by and between Customer, or its Affiliate, and AppGate, located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/pdfs/legal/federal/AppGate- Master-Agreement.pdf. In the event the MA is entered into by an Affiliate of Customer, then the MA shall apply to this Schedule as if Customer was a party thereto in lieu of the Affiliate of Customer. In the event the Order Form is entered into by an Affiliate of Customer, then this Schedule shall apply to such Order Form as if such Affiliate of Customer was a party hereto in lieu of Customer. Capitalized terms used, but not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the MA.
Software Schedule. The Agreement shall be amended by means of a Contract Supplement, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit II-B, or other appropriate form of amendment, which shall be created by HBOC for each licensing, sale and/or provision of Software, Equipment, and Services, and shall include the appropriate licensing terms for the Products and Customer Facilities licensed under such amendment. All HBOC-owned Software to be licensed will be listed on a Contract Supplement and shall include any associated Software License and Software Maintenance Fees. Any additional terms and conditions required for non-HBOC-owned software, including Business Partner Software, will be attached to the Contract Supplement as additional Exhibit(s). Software Schedule. This Schedule applies to all Orders of licenses of Software purchased by Licensee and delivered by Flexera.
Software Schedule the software schedule (together with any appendices contained therein) agreed between the Parties from time to time regarding the provision of the Software. Support: the support specified in the Software Schedule which the Supplier may provie to Nimans pursuant to this Agreement. Software Schedule. The software schedule annotated and signed by both parties forms part of this agreement. Bill of Services The Bill of Services, annotated and signed by both parties forms part of this agreement and constitutes the only basis on which payments will be made.
Software Schedule.
