In the event that the Licensee fails to comply with Conditions 4.1 and 5.5 for prepaid Service, in respect of any subscriber, the Licensee shall as soon as practicable, terminate the prepaid Service to that subscriber, where applicable, within fourteen (14) days of the sale of the prepaid Service, and/or after giving reasonable notice to the subscriber via Short Message Service (“SMS”) or other suitable means.
