Shared Excess. Finance Charge Amounts allocable to the Card Series with respect to any Distribution Date shall mean an amount equal to the Series Finance Charge Amounts Shortfall, if any, with respect to the Card Series for such Distribution Date; provided, however, that if the aggregate amount of Shared Excess Finance Charge Amounts for all Excess Finance Charge Amounts Sharing Series in Excess Finance Charge Amounts Sharing Group A for such Distribution Date is less than the Aggregate Series Finance Charge Amounts Shortfall for such Distribution Date, then Shared Excess Finance Charge Amounts allocable to the Card Series on such Distribution Date shall equal the product of (i) Shared Excess Finance Charge Amounts for all Excess Finance Charge Amounts Sharing Series in Excess Finance Charge Amounts Sharing Group A for such Distribution Date and (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Series Finance Charge Amounts Shortfall with respect to the Card Series for such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the Aggregate Series Finance Charge Amounts Shortfall for all Excess Finance Charge Amounts Sharing Series in Excess Finance Charge Amounts Sharing Group A for such Distribution Date.

Shared Excess. Available Finance Charge Collection Groups and Other Groups. The Issuer shall reallocate and redistribute certain excess Finance Charge Collections allocated to any Series to cover Series Available Finance Charge Collections Shortfalls incurred by Series belonging to any particular Shared Excess Available Finance Charge Collections Group to the extent and as specified in the related Indenture Supplements. The Issuer may also establish other Groups for purposes of reallocating other amounts initially allocated to designated Series to the extent and as specified in the related Indenture Supplements. Shared Excess. Available Interest Amounts allocable to Series 2004-B on any Payment Date shall be treated as part of the Series 2004-B Available Interest Amount for such Payment Date.
Shared Excess. If Directrix owes any Shared Excess under Master Lease Article 15, Directrix shall be obligated to pay the first $50,000 of such Shared Excess directly to Kingston (or, if Playboy has paid Directrix' share of the Shared Excess to Kingston, to Playboy as reimbursement therefore). If Directrix owes Shared Excess in excess of $50,000, Playboy shall pay such excess on Directrix' behalf and Playboy shall recover such excess by offsetting up to 10% of the Service Fees (as such term is defined under the Services Agreement) owed in any month by Playboy to Directrix until Playboy has recouped the amount of the Shared Excess paid by Playboy on Directrix' behalf. If Directrix fails to pay its share of the Shared Excess as provided for in the preceding two sentences, such failure may be treated by Playboy as an event of default under this Sublease and the Services Agreement and Playboy will have all of its rights and remedies as provided for under this Sublease and the Services Agreement.
