Share Registry. The Company shall register (and shall instruct its transfer agent to register) the transfer of the Shares accepted for payment by Purchaser effective immediately after the Offer Acceptance Time.
Share Registry. The Company shall register (and shall instruct its transfer agent to register) the transfer of the shares of Company Common Stock and Company Series B Preferred Stock accepted for payment by Acquisition Sub effective immediately after the Acceptance Time.
Share Registry. Copy of the entries made in the stock registry book of the Company reflecting the transfer of the Purchased Shares, for the benefit of Buyer, and the Buyer’s nominee, certified by the secretary of the Company as identical to the relevant entry recorded in the respective registry book.
Share Registry. The Company shall have updated the share registry evidencing the Company as the owner of 100% of the issued and outstanding capital stock of Swissray Medical and shall deliver to the Purchaser a true and accurate copy of such updated share registry.

Share Registry. Company shall register the transfer of all of the Company Capital Stock to Buyer in the register of shareholders of the Company, and shall provide Buyer with a true and correct copy of such updated register of shareholders reflecting such entry, certified by a director of the Company.
Share Registry. All of the Founding Shareholders share have been recorded in book entry form only and no certificates have been delivered to the Founding Shareholders. Yukon shall deliver a share certificate on closing representing the total Purchased Shares.
Share Registry. 2.3.1 Maintain the Company's share register.
Share Registry. The Selling Shareholders shall deliver a copy of the Shareholder Registry of the Company, certified by the Korea Securities Depository, the registrar of the Company, issued as of the business day immediately preceding the Closing Date.
Share Registry. Seller shall have delivered to Purchaser a certified copy of the relevant page from BK Rt's shareholder register evidencing that the Seller has been duly recorded as the holder of the Sale Shares.
