Settlement Legislation. 2.4.1 Upon ratification of the Umbrella Final Agreement, and upon ratification of a Yukon First Nation Final Agreement, Canada shall recommend to Parliament, and the Yukon shall recommend to the Legislative Assembly, Settlement Legislation.
