SEQUENCING AND SCHEDULING a. The Design-Builder must perform all required connections to the existing utility systems without disruption to existing services. If disruption of the existing services is required, do not proceed without the approval of the Architect and Commission Representative, requested not less than seven (7) days, in advance. b. The Design-Builder must maintain required facilities until not needed or until shortly before Substantial Completion; remove facilities before Final Completion and Acceptance. c.
