SEP. IRA ▇▇▇ Individual Retirement Account established to receive the Employer's contributions for the benefit of each participating Employee.

SEP. The Parties agree that the payment of the SEP Amount and the SEP Oversight Costs is a SEP and that the SEP Amount will be treated as a suspended administrative civil liability for purposes of this Stipulated Order. Shell’s SEP obligations will be satisfactorily completed upon the San Francisco Estuary Institute’s written notification to Regional Water Board staff and Shell acknowledging that the Regional Monitoring Program received payment of the SEP Amount and the SEP Oversight Costs from Shell and the payment will be spent on the project described in Section III, paragraph 13(b)(i), in accordance with the terms of this Stipulated Order. The San Francisco Estuary Institute’s annual and quarterly financial reports to the Regional Water Board shall be considered a final post-project accounting of expenditures.

SEP. Any delegation to an SEP of GDC’s roles, responsibilities, or authority with respect to the delivery of an HTP Package shall be set forth in the applicable SEP Agreement.

SEP. The Parties agree that SSI's payment of the SEP Amount to SFEI is a SEP, and that the SEP Amount will be treated as a permanently suspended administrative civil liability for purposes of this Stipulated Order. SSI's SEP obligations will be satisfactorily and fully completed upon SFEI's written notification to Regional Water Board staff and SSI, which shall be provided within ten days of SFEI's receipt of SSI's check identified in Paragraph 10(b)(ii). The written notification shall acknowledge that the Regional Monitoring Program received payment of the SEP Amount from SSI and the payment will be spent on the project described in Section III, paragraph 10(b)(i), in accordance with the terms of this Stipulated Order. The San Francisco Estuary Institute's annual and quarterly financial reports to the Regional Water Board shall be considered a final post-project accounting of expenditures.

SEP. In accordance with the State Water Resources Control Board Policy on Supplemental Environmental Projects and State Water Resources Control Board Resolution No. 2018-0015, the Parties agree that the payment of the SEP Amount will be treated as a suspended administrative civil liability for purposes of this Stipulated Order. The Settling Respondent’s SEP obligations will be satisfactorily completed upon the date of issuance of the San Francisco Estuary Institute’s written notification to Regional Water Board staff and the Settling Respondent to acknowledge that the Regional Monitoring Program received the SEP Amount from the Settling Respondent and the payment will be spent on the project described in Section III, Paragraph 1.b.i, and Attachment A in accordance with the terms of this Stipulated Order.

SEP. USFRS shall report to EPA and MPCA on a quarterly basis the actual performance compared to performance targets set forth in Section IIIA of the Agreement and compare performance under XL with that of the baseline determinations.

SEP. OPERATOR (after months of service) . LICENSED MOTOR MECHANIC

SEP. The Company recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent of all employees of the Company at Cambridge and Brantford, save and except foremen, foreladies, persons above the rank of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and forelady, office and clerical staff (and which shall include laboratory staff, technicians and laboratory assistants, time study technicians, quality control technicians, electronic technicians, first aid attendants and draftsmen), and staff. If during the term of this agreement, the Company relocates and operates any process or piece of equipment currently installed in the Cambridge plant within a mile radius of the Cambridge facility, incumbent employees shall be offered the opportunity to transfer their employment to the new location. Provisions of the Ontario Labour Relations Act shall prevail in respect to representation of the employee group.

SEP. In addition, HUSQVARNA agrees to pay thirteen thousand dollars ($13,000 USD) to undertake a SEP entitled “Placer County Community Based SEP Phase 2” as described in the SEP Summary consistent with CARB’s SEP Policy within 30 calendar days from full execution of this Agreement.
