Section 9.2.2. 28 Employees who work less than twelve (12) months per year and are paid on a contracted basis 29 will receive compensation for vacation on a month-to-month basis. Employees who work less 30 than twelve (12) months per year and are paid on an hourly basis will receive payment for 31 accrued vacation with their July paycheck. Any employee who is discharged or who terminates 32 employment shall receive payment for accrued vacation credit with his/her final paycheck.
