SECTION 915. WAIVER OF USURY, STAY OR EXTENSION LAWS. The Company covenants (to the extent that it may lawfully do so) that it will not at any time insist upon, or plead, or in any manner whatsoever claim or take the benefit or advantage of, any usury, stay or extension law wherever enacted, now or at any time hereafter in force, which may affect the covenants or the performance of this Indenture; and the Company (to the extent that it may lawfully do so) hereby expressly waives all benefit or advantage of any such law and covenants that it will not hinder, delay or impede the execution of any power herein granted to the Trustee, but will suffer and permit the execution of every such power as though no such law had been enacted.

SECTION 915. 21 In the event that an employee is absent for reasons that are covered by Washington State 22 Industrial Insurance, the District shall allow the employee to use accrued sick leave as desired 23 by the employee, up to the amount equal to the employee’s regular pay prior to disability.
SECTION 915. 30 At the time of separation from school district employment due to retirement or death, an 31 eligible employee or employee’s estate shall receive at a rate equal to one (1) day’s current 32 monetary compensation for each four (4) full days accrual leave for illness or injury.
SECTION 915. 34 Compensation for sick leave shall be the same as the compensation the employee would have 35 received had the employee not taken sick leave.
