Section 6.8.1. 47 All employees working more than eight (8) hours per day and all employees working more than 48 forty (40) hours per week shall be compensated at the overtime rate of pay.
Section 6.8.1. 38 An employee who is authorized overtime by the Superintendent or designee and works in 39 excess of forty (40) compensated hours per week shall be compensated at the rate of one and 40 one-half (1-1/2) times the employee's base pay. Should both parties mutually agree that 41 compensatory time will be provided in lieu of compensation, such compensatory time will be 42 provided at the rate of one and one half (1-1/2) times the overtime worked. 43 44
Section 6.8.1. 21 The responsibility for the prompt removal of notices from the bulletin boards after they have 22 served their purpose shall rest with the individual who posted such notices. 25 26 ARTICLE VII 27 28 HOURS OF WORK AND OVERTIME 30 Section 7.1. 31 The normal workweek shall consist of five (5) consecutive days, followed by two (2) consecutive days 32 of rest.
Section 6.8.1. 25 In the event that an assigned bus trip is cancelled which results in the bus driver not being able 26 to run their regular to and from school route, then the driver shall be paid their regular salary 27 for the to and from school route missed.
Section 6.8.1. 26 For bus drivers, a duty call is considered to be a regular, scheduled morning, midday or 27 afternoon run or extra trip.
Section 6.8.1. 40 For employees in the Custodial, Maintenance, Transportation and Transportation Specialist 41 Classifications, all hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day, or forty (40) hours in one 42 week (Monday-Sunday), shall be compensated at the rate of one and one-half (1½) times the 43 employee’s base pay. All extra assigned work on Saturday shall be compensated at one and 44 one-half (1½) times the employee’s base pay. All extra assigned work on Sunday shall be 45 compensated at two (2) times the employee’s base pay. The overtime pay for hours in excess of 46 eight (8) hours per day will not apply from the first Monday after the last student day of school 47 in the Spring to the Monday a week prior the first student day of school in the fall.
Section 6.8.1. 43 Employees who work in a higher paid position for eight (8) accumulative days during any one 44 (1) year will receive the higher compensation retroactive to and including the first day of such 45 work.
Section 6.8.1. 24 On occasions, the District has the need to shorten employees’ scheduled hours of work. Most 25 commonly these occasions are caused by day to day weather situations or early release of 26 students. For scheduled hours of work that are lost for these reasons, the District will provide 27 the opportunity for employee(s) to make up the lost hours before the end of each individual 28 employee’s workyear in order to provide the impacted employees the opportunity to make up 29 the hours of work directed by the District. Should employees utilize paid leave and during the 30 same school year work beyond their scheduled time, such employees have the option to restore 31 the paid leave utilized. 33 Employee may use emergency leave deducted from sick leave or personal leave to cover the 34 late start work time if the late start was unplanned.
Section 6.8.1. 6 In the event of a delay in school start time due to inclement weather, plant inoperation, or the like, 7 employees are expected to report to work as close to their regular start time as safely possible. If
